ALL PROFILES - Plug-in for Creating Profiles with Video Tutorial

In the Custom Behaviors. The "Mobid" needs to be changed to "MobId" sat for 20 minutes trying to get it to work after which I finally opened the file in Notepad myself and saw the mistake. Otherwise I can't find anything wrong but would like "File Message". Really good job and I love this plugin

 

Is there anyway to click on certain thing in order to complete quests? For example just before the garrison I should sign some tree for a quest. How can I make the bot click this thing?

 

In the custom behaviors there is an option for "click on item on ground" get the item id from the developer tools and put it where it is labeled "mobid". (Sorry about the mislabel)

 

Is there any way to use this to generate grinding profiles?, I made a very basic one but it seems to have broken after a couple of days. I could only find one guide and it uses the depreciated grindbot base. The honorbuddy wiki had nearly nothing on it and i'm not making much headway trying to analyze other profiles to copy what i need.

 

I believe that grinding profiles are an easy way to get caught botting. I highly suggest you use my multibot here: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/botbases/146284-eclipse-skinbot.html
and use the 'Kill These" mode. It uses an organic play style that emulates a human almost perfectly with behavioral trees.

 

I found that botbase after i made this post, had issues with it as well, already posted in that thread.

I understand the risk with grinding profiles, which is why i only run them while i'm at the computer (either on a second account, or just cause i'm feeling lazy)

 

I had a question about Turn in quests for dailies that do not require you to pick up a quest. How do we go about that?

Try to add an "if" condition where the "if" is if you have completed questid xxx.

 

Ok so set it up if it is already completed then go for the Objectives? Also How would I use the QB Mr.Fishit. It is a fishing dailing, basically i need to fish 5 unique fish and then return for a turn in, There is no quest pick-up and you can do the quest as many times as you want. Thanks again!

 

This is a bit beyond my profile writing skill im afraid. I developed this project by making it (via creating valid xml) able to do everything contained in a few of the star profile writers profiles.
I am not an expert profile writer =(

I have a question about plugins and hope you can provide some help. I have downloaded and placed in the HB plugins folder "RoutesBuddy" but when I try to open it in HB it's not there? Is the something I'm missing or something I'm not doing any help would be appreciated.

 

Hello. This works quite good. Few bugs but its manageable I was playing around with it for a while just learning how it works properly. Then i encountered friendly mobs that you need to use an item on. Couldnt figure out what to use. Only thing i tried that came close to working was RunTo & Custom Behavior. Only problem there was it didnt target the mob. And i cant find anything that does exactly that unfortunetly.

 

I wonder if you can modify one of the existing custom behaviors to do that?

This is what I would suggest - Get a profile (that works) and look at how it is done. See how the process works, and create a similar one for your quests. Start with something easy and then you can go more advanced as you figure stuff out.
My plugin will make kill and collect profiles REALLY easy, but you still need to know what your doing for the ones that require custom behaviors and logic.

I am working on another project that will have a comprehensive video - someone reported the creative commons license soundtrack i had on that video and i had to remove ALL of the audio. =(
