I gave up on this a while back and every few days check in to see if it's become usable in draenor. maybe whatever changes to personal hotspots will do the job, although honestly this should be done by the developer not each individual customer. log into frostridge, within 15 minutes it's made its way to magnarok, same as always. chain dying to lvl 100 elites that require a freaking raid with tank and healer, chain rezzing on top of lava trying to eat. similar shit in every zone you try. why is a gatherbot there? the nodes in magnarok and a few dozen other areas in WoD will NEVER be bottable. leave them to humans. block them all, there is no need to do each one individually with 10 yard radiuses that require reports and screenshots. it's been a month and these reports are not working. thing is, there is zero downside to ignoring permanently all nodes in all problem areas - there is no decrease in NPH. the simplest xml route i have runs a small circle on paved roads in talador and it consistently gets 120 nodes per hour, which is 2X anything i've ever seen from tramper. every circuit new nodes dynamically respawn, there is no slowdown. anyhow hopefully we can soon just blacklist giant areas, seems like everyone understands the issues just a matter of getting it done. if i ever see my lvl 570 greens gatherbot spontaneously decide to abandon gathering flowers and try to solo the Shatt City group apexis daily I might really lose it btw since the past version or two your "Multizone Gathering" option doesn't work anymore. I always had it unchecked, and the bot always stayed in the zone it started in. lately the FIRST thing it does is take off into a random new zone. from talador to arak, from nagrand to talador, sometimes will take off swimming thru zangar sea to parts unkown. if others noticed this maybe take a look at what changed with the option.
Constant Navigation Errors I'm having serious issues with this plugin, and I can't tell if it's from the plugin or HB itself. It's just not working for me at all in any part of WoD for more than a few mins. EDIT: After disabling the plugin, and starting over with a fresh HB install, using an .xml file I still get the same error. I don't think it's the plugin. I'm going to post a log to the mesh error thread.
should be working by now i'll be honest, thanks for your feedback but i stopped reading after a few lines basicly because almost every of your issues is caused by Gatherbuddy itself. e.g. Lava Areas must be meshed and properly ignored by the botbase, routes for navigation are generated by Navigator/Flightor, a HB Core Module. I know it's most likely hard to understand for non-devs but thats the way it is, i'm dependent on Gatherbuddy to be properly working, if it does not, mine does not work either, thats the sad part. however, i'm in close contact with the HB Core Devs and report most of those issues i encounter or hear about, asking them for a fix or a change. this dependency on HBs predefined components is what made me start my own botbase project (blackbeard) at which i'm personally responsible of almost everything component myself, making it easier to fix a certain issue. besides that, wod is a quite new expansion, making stuff reliable takes its time. checked it, seems ok to me, my bot just traveled from FFR to nagrand looks like a HB issue to me Code: [18:50:56.264 D] Could not generate path from {6770.448, 1112.27, 68.60064} to {6639.765, 1271.613, 32.26281} on map Draenor (Phase: SMVAllianceGarrisonLevel2new) (time used: 0 milliseconds) @ FindEndPoly -> gatherbuddy unable to navigate, report this at the mesh issue thread please

How will timber farming work - will it only farm timber nodes that are near herb or mineral nodes? Will it work in Broken Horn Village in Northern Gorgrond where there are lots of trees but no herbs or minerals?
good point, i was planning on doing a doc after beta, anyway how luber farming works: upon roaming the current zone or map (depending on multizone setting ticked) the bot will check for timbers around, your garrisons lumber buildings skill is detected and only timbers matching you skill level are being farmed. if the plugin detects a timber around, it will change to Combat bot and move to that object trying to harvest it. trees either unable to navigate to or ones being unable to reach (stuck/bug) will become automaticly blacklisted and omitted until hb gets restarted. if no more timbers are around, gatherbuddy will continue the harvesting process. /edit, just realized it's page "69" we're on, hrhrhr

rev8 will ship soon, fixing the "Object in Use"-Bug when using LockOnObject Watchdog, Timber Farming should now be running smooth. In addition this will bring a change in Min/Max Step Sizes. I've run several analysis in wod and determined a new step size recommendation: min: ~150 max: ~500 the slider bars will be adapted to those new ranges. the smaller your step boundaries, the better your wod gathering result
