You missed the obvious sarcasm dripping from the text :)

I notice there is now a paid plugins key, I am buddy lifetime user, is this key relevant to lifetime users?

      same here (with 3558).

I'll post a log in a moment (bugtracker)

      Bug 237 & 239 posted -- I'm running 3 toons from the same honorbuddy.exe if it matters

Note: sometimes the "add attachment" bugs out and you have to attach it on the next screen (i read the green text at top).

      weird

I know.. I just believe it's not my job to identify bugs and log them.

For once I get to be the user and simply tell someone there is a problem...
they can use bugtracker or whatever ticketing system they want, that is not my concern.

But since I noticed my previous post was deleted, I will simply not report bugs anymore.

More then 10 years I have been providing unix and linux support to internal and external clients.
I have probably implemented, evaluated and used more bugtracking and ticketing systems then a lot of you combined.

Here I am a user.. not an admin, nor the helpdesk, 2e or 3e line support person.
I choose not to use your bugtracker, because it is a waste of my time.
What you guys use for your internal kitchen, is your business. not mine.

No offense guys, but we shouldn't be forced to use your software to log bugs.

EDIT: come to think of it, you are actually the very first company I have ever come across that expects its
clients to use a bugtracker. Most take their clients feedback and log tickets themselves.
If you ask me, that's the way it should be used.

With 'your software' I was referring to the bugtracker.

As for not being forced to use it; my post with logfile was removed from this thread.
Which kinda implies that I am only allowed to log bugs through your bugtracker.

Anyway, I don't want this to turn into an argument or persuade anyone else of my point of view.
I'm sure lots of people will want to help you devs out with correctly logged bug reports.

thanks anyway for taking the time to read my point of view.

How about doing something about the PvP feature instead of adding new things ?

Hi1674 how about using the bug tracker to explain the issue you are having instead of expecting they have mind reading powers and just '' fix '' what ever it is that your whining about....

Honorbuddy users are very diverse. There are questers, there are grinders, there are PvPers, there are RaFers/IB types, there are achievement collectors, and of course, there are those that are in it to make real money from the virtual currency.

The point is there are always going to be unsatisfied facets of the community.

The general statement you provide does not help to make things better. Please provide details. If you've got solid ideas with things you'd like to see, submit them to Bugtracker as enhancement requests. If you want general discussion from the Community to refine the idea, then start a Forum thread, then submit the result to Bugtracker as an enhancment request.

Not being critical. Obviously, you're interested lies in PvP, so help drive the product by submitting clear, solid enhancement requests.

      cheers,
      CJ

We've done this at my company for 14 years. If you don't enter a support ticket you are ignored. If I don't have some way of tracking that I did fix your issue. You can complain forever. Take me to court. Or annoy the crap out of me in general. Why is it such a big deal any ways? Theres even a plugin for the bot to submit anonymously. Through the plugins tab while your using the bot.

Hey guys, any insight on what the stuff within quest behaviours is for? ...or at-least how we can use them :)
