It is working fine on my disc priest. Could use some small improvements, but it is good enough. Some classes need bigger updates to work better. Remember that this is a routine for all healing classes and not a single spec and therefore need more time spent working on it.
I do understand this, there is another all in one routine that is doing just fine right now with several different classes.
Of course it is still being worked on! There is a settings manager implementing into the routine if you go there, there are settings you can download for whatever spec you play. Well the thing is, we have done A LOT of updates since the last release to live. We are unhappy with performance of a few of the classes still mainly monk and shaman. We do not want to release something that we have been promising to be 10 fold better and only be slightly better. In another post you say there are other all in one routines that are already ready and performing. There is no other all in one healing routine. Granted a lot of people want to compare Oracle to Tuanha's stuff. They are completely different is what most people do not understand(in coding terms). Most of Tuanha's stuff if I remember is not a "Core" based routine. It is code per rotation and settings per class. Do not think I am discrediting or degrading his work because I am not at all by any means. What I am saying is the complexity of Oracle is beyond what any other routine on this forum offers. It requires so much more managing and bug testing compared to tanking/DPS routines as it literally calculates spell usage. It is not a player below setting health cast setting spell. It is more so along the lines of player is taking X damage from boss 1, player is also taking y damage from DoT from debuff, player is missing z HP and is losing V HP per second, player has an estimated time to die in n seconds. With this data it then calculates if we do not cast Q heal in n seconds(time to die already calculate) player will die!(now lets calc what heal to use) Heal A takes x mana and heals for y(y is calculated in the core as are all the other calcs we are doing)Heal B takes x mana an heals for Y. Now it selects which heal will do the job in the time it needs, say both heal for the same which is true for most heal/flash heal instances. It then determines do we need to conserver mana or get the heal out fast. I believe this alone goes to show you that the amount of work that goes into just the core of the routine is above and beyond what 99% of people here believe. Now that being said, most people are like well just get it to work! I promise you that is what we are trying to do every day. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
sorry but this is not true i try this all in one dmg CR , and still many things aint ready and some specc doesnt performance gut like i want i try it for trial time and what i can tell you NO cr anyone of them are 100% ready at all healing or dps CRs . end they need time giev it time you cant wait play with hands until its done simple
So how does Resto Sham perform now, compared to Tuanha? I understand that a shammy update is coming soon, but is it worth buying now for resto sham, or wait for the update?
As a developer of this I would say purchase it now, but realistically shaman is underperforming on the live version. If you have not used the trial yet WAIT, and when we push the next update then get trial and check it out. I do not want to tell someone something is performing great when it is not, Wulf and I do not want to mislead anyone who uses this routine. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
That last post being said, we are not neglecting anything but are diligently working on getting all the classes to perform exceptionally well. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
Benny you seem like an honest guy. Can you tell me if you're happy with disc priests atm? Looking for a good routine for disc priests for mythic raiding.
HA HA, well I am never happy with it because I always feel like we can make it better some how some way. I am happy enough with it to use it as my main toon though if that tells you anything. I have one of every healing class and I play a disc priest as my main raiding toon. The logic keeps getting better with every update we do on it as well as the other classes. I am currently unhappy with how it handles CoW though and Have not had a lot of time to investigate it more. But saving grace and words of mending it handles them like a champ(granted WoM does not really need any logic) All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
See look at that, an honest answer! I appreciate the response, I'll most definitely be buying this routine and giving it a try tomorrow
Hello @bennyquest I'm having an issue with Oracle II. Everytime I try to mount, it instantly dismount cause my priest is always casting something How I can fix that?
In the general settings there is a setting for do not interrupt while eating or mounted. I do not remember the exact wording but will get that in a few moments. EDIT It is in general settings under PvP....why it is there I do not remember I will get it moved to under movement for next release The actual setting is "dimount/eating" flip it over to true and that should fix you right up. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
Hi Benny, i've bought without trial cause even if its not perfect yet it will be soon(tm) that being said, you've talked about shaman updates but i was wondering how monks are comming along, problem im having atm is mana management, the bot is burning through pretty much all its mana by about 3/4 in a fight now im not undergeared (1200spirit) 11% crit as a MW and im using a channeled mana pot manually 2 other issue's ive noticed, the bot seems to like spamming renewing mists at 3 plus chi and lets the tank die because of the amount of multistrike procs i get (jade mists?) cause it doesnt want to waste the cd's im guessing but ive seen it twice now lets hte tank go dangrously low, sometimes it'll shield em most times it wont and the tank will die while hes spamming hots of everyone >.< but so far im 6/7 normal and going strong, so not too bad tbh, OH one other problem encounter specific, the bot cant do brackenspore, it just doesnt heal the mushrooms.
The feedback from the beta testers is that Monk is in a good position at the moment. If all goes well you could expect to see an update very soon. The logic to heal the mushrooms is coming, I am busy ensuring that the core is solid and performs well.
All. I've just finished shaman (still not happy - but 100% improvement) and have done loads of fixes. I'm confident that we have made a lot of improvements along the way. If all goes well and the beta testers do not find anything damning. then a release is imminent. Because i have spent so much time on the core i have not been able to put in a bunch of nice to haves, these include;- Keybinds - Healing Rain, Mushroom, HolyWord-Sanc mouseover placement. OOC Resurrection. Multi Language support [German, Korean, Chinese, French, Spanish, etc] (I have the code in the beta but am unable to enable it until the buddy store fixes an issue their end.) More encounter logic AFK dungeon buddy support (as far as the CR goes not DB itself) You can expect all of this and more over the coming months. It is holidays for me at the moment, so i will be taking a small break (but will still be working on Oracle - when my wifes not looking )
Hi Digixu, What does your average spell usage look like? How high is your MS during raids? I haven't had the issues you had where the bot would put pushing out renewing mist over healing the tank because there should be a urgent health attention option where if any raid member goes below 35% it would force heal that person. To heal the brackenspore mushrooms you're going to have to enable "Selective Healing Mode" and either set a focus for the shrooms or manually click the shrooms and let the routine get the mushrooms out. Best practice here for me is to disable the routine and manually heal the mushrooms because we don't just blow up a shroom unless there's a infested spore phase out. Only the blue shrooms I go balls to walls on to pop quick and keep it up with enveloping/RJW. As far as what to look forward to? I'm beta testing the monk routine and it's running stellar for me! So far every fight looks the same for my healing priority: Uplift > Revival > Renewing Mist > Chi Burst > Healing Balls > Soothing > Surging/Enveloping. I'm pulling aprox ~30k hps on every fight or more depending on if I'm using RJW and stacking with melee, this is with a raid size of 20-30.
hey wulf could you add lightwell as a keybind in option rather then just on and off at the tank. lightwell is great but routine puts it up on cooldown if you choose to enable it/even on tiny pulls just cuz its off cooldown. i use mine manualy just a tiny bit of hassle trying to over spam the routine with a placment object. thanks man for the hard work . even tho its not perfect on live right now i got mine configiured to do the job i need it to, looking farward to the up date keep up the good work
