Well probably like I explained as alternative. There is no real event for it, but we can scan for those things ourselves. Yet it will be rather spammy I imagine, random people targeting u - causing notifications. I might be able to read output from theTramper as I do in some other projects, but would have to discuss that with roboto.
If you do add an idle check ( + delta vector for movement ie player's location vs player's location 4 minutes ago.), throw in an extra 20 second wait timer for being in a pet battle or taxi trip, between checks.

Great plugin, got it working great with Pushover. Would love a feature to notify when certain keywords are detected in hblog, so we could make our own events like when certain plugins/profiles/botbases say a keyword it will get pushed.
When choosing PushBullet could be possible to change the type of message that is sent according to the event that triggers? Type note "You have <event >" where <event > is " Lvled up ", "a BNet message" , " Whisper from" , " to GM talking to you" , etc ...
I'm getting some weird behavior. Notifications are still dispatched for level gains, despite having the "on Level up" checkbox unchecked.

Thanks for the reminder. As this plugin is a spin-off from a Greedy feature - it will be fixed before sunday. Just returned from London so getting myself accustomed before submitting fixes.
