Hey deams, if Blizzard decided to add a new building a month from now, would the LITE version be upgrade to support it? I'm debating between the two, but really leaning towards the LITE version. I really don't need too many features, I just want the boring stuff taken care of.

 

Upgrade to a level 2 or 3 Garrison.

GB bought yesterday and today I noticed unusual behavior of the bot:
many-many times going to the mine, then took a flower from the garden, climbs of mount and goes to the mine, returned to take second flower-mount-mine-back-third flower-mount-mine ...... All the time.
Here already half an hour doing the same thing.
Can`t upload the file-he is over 10 mb.

 

can you duplicate the issue or is it a 1 time thing? ive had this happen to my hunter once but after closing hb and trying it again, i had no issues

GarrisonButler does not support level 1 garrisons

i dont believe this security flaw affects any other botbase but garrisonbutler, so theres no reason to release a fix, except to make it easier for blizz to ban those using the free beta still

 

I always do a quick search for my realm and character name just in case.

It`s a 1st time issue. All other botbase works only GB don`t.
Please, help me.

 

holy crap, i just scaned over 400 log files and i came across

thats kind of scary that the logs produce this sort of infomation, a simple "settings not found, making new xml file" will work instead

i've PMd deams about this

 

The weird thing here is that this is a GarrisonBuddy remnant afaik the GB store version only uses it's GarrisonButlerSettings.xml.
Should best be deleted anyway or am i missing something? (Yes it's also a recommendation to do a clean reinstall of HB when switching from the old free to the streamed version..or are some running this in parallel?)

 

that log was from the open beta, as ive mentioned ive searched over 400 logs for my server name and found that. along with a 1.0.0 version. and i was able to produce my info in 1.1.1 simply by deleting the file that is in question



edit: it still exists in 1.1.1

Is that really important for a bot that no one else can see? I mean, there is no one else in your garrison so no player reports ever.
Also Deams, still some people say that the bot is mining, herbing, mining, herbing and so on. I did not have that on beta 0.7, not on 1.0.0 and not on the newest vesion. Not on horde and alliance. It's weird also, because the mine and garden are always on the same spot. I wonder how this behaviour works; why the bot decides to go herbing while mining and vice versa. Again; I do not and never had this issue so far. Also not on toons with herbalism and/or mining as professions.

 

This is mostly marketing talk, it's a pitty but it seems some com dev start to behave more like businessman than devs. :/
GarrisonButler has always been able to do so by using its own navigation system which is a complete override of the native one which doesn't support the garrison fully. If I were to list all the features which could have a marketing impact on the product page, of course we will end up with more than 10pages... -_-
I prefer finishing the botbase and bringing you features than losing time on nonsense. But if everyone start to request fake features, I'll end up adding it.


Concerning your issue, it did happen to other users but never reoccured. If for you it happens every time on this toon, please let it run a bit and post the log. If it is too big for the forum, let me know by private message.

 

Of course! It is even already planned in the code. Wouldn't take long to push you an update.

 

Had this issue never before, but today it happend on 1 toon. Had done all mining and went to the garden. There it was herbing 1 herb and went back in mine (which was empty), went back to garden and herbed 1 herb and back to mine and so on...
