Queuing as group doesn't work

I can't get this feature (sign up as group) to work.

(Yes, the party members are standing right next to each other in the game world.)

EDIT: It's working now.

The problem was that the guy queuing wasn't the group leader.

 

its priced the way it is so we dont have every tom dick and harry using it. it was tough for me to get the scratch together for it.. but im glad i did and certainly wont hate on him for charging what he does. worth every penny.

if im being honest, im glad people like you exist - i get to worry a bit less when using it: )

I bought this addon , and realized that there is no support for afk pvp ashram .

Is there any update being made to support the afk pvp mode on ashram ?

 

In WSG/TP? There's an option under BG Specific tab in the GUI.

It's Honorbuddy's auth session becoming invalid that's causing it. Not related to BGFarmer.

Dropping repair bot if owned is a good idea, but BGFarmer is using HB's built in vending/repair logic, so it would be better requesting that the HB logic is updated to support using repair bots (i.e. it supports travelling tundra mount already).

Woops, oversight. Will fix it.

It does have ashran support, but it's just very basic at the moment.

I have written several times about the movements.
There is a freeze problem when left BGfarmer managed the movement (movement and kitte option).

I did several tests with friends and it comes right BGFarmer, can you fix it soon ?

I've replied multiple times about this too

Every so often there's a bug (which occurs with multiple bot bases, not just BGFarmer) whereby Honorbuddy issues the wow client with the instruction to stand still, but the toon continues to move (as if auto run was enabled).

When BGFarmer detects that it's failed to stand still (up to 0.5s after it issued the stop moving command), it sends the down arrow key into the WoW window to forcefully stop moving. It shouldn't happen that often - but you can search the log file for "Failed to stop moving, pressing down arrow key" to see when it's doing it.

It will happen much more often if you intervene manually without toggling lazyraider / pause hotkeys first.

Ultimately BGFarmer is an AFK bot base, so it's safer to have a minor lag spike every so often than to have the toon just auto run forward into walls/off cliffs etc.

You said ashran is supported but basic. what does it do altogether, if i turn it on inside the battle and leave it? Thanks!

 

If you're on the island, it'll move into the Ashran zone to join the BG and accept queues. Then once in battle it'll run up and down the main strip in search of a fight.

 

HB Crashing after leaving each BG.

Currently experiencing the same problem, my WoW Client is crashing after almost every BG (I might be able to go 2 games without crashing).
I've attached a log (I've also performed the steps as you suggested above).

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

 

Prioritize Healing (Option to Only Heal?) Group Members

You've done a fine job with the bot, I really like it--worth every penny.

I initially had some issues fine tuning the coordination between TuanHA combat routines and your movement but I think I finally figured it out. (I prefer yours, but had to forego it due to a studderstep I couldn't fix-- some kind of contention.)

Background: My primary use for BGFarmer is to run a pocket healer for my melee and there are times the healer will get sidetracked healing other (granted, more critically wounded) group members instead of my DPS.

Question: I there a way to prioritize healing of group members? Even to the point of ignoring the rest of the raid? I realize this logic probably rests mostly/entirely with the combat routine, but since you support target selection I thought I'd ask. Any other solutions or ideas would be appreciated.

Hey - It's the LogMeOut plugin causing that. Disable it and it should be fine.

In other news.. new update pushed, waiting for approval.

- [AV] Fixed game resource check. Should no longer mark mini bosses as dead at the start of the BG.
- [Domination] Added some options to the behaviours to allow disabling some actions (like defending bases).
- [EotS] Fixed 'defending' the flag location. Reported to HB team as core bug.
- Kiting has been renamed to moving around in combat - as it better suits what it's doing.
- Fixed collecting Berserker, Restoration, and Speed BG power up buffs.
- 'Follow Friendly Player' names are now masked when logging out the settings to the log file.
- Slightly improved the lag spikes when using BGFarmer's combat movement.

 

I get this popup every time I open the bot config while having "sign up as group" enabled. Surely it's only needed when you first enable it?

I am doing a trial for BGFarmer and my char doesn't mount, it gives the error you are not the right faction for that mount

Really do not know what is causing that

 

been trying this bot base for a week with multiple classes/routines and i've yet to find one that doesn't look/play like a bot. ashran is unusable and the BG logic doesn't look anything like a real player. are people really getting good results from this?

 

It takes some tweaking but I've gotten three chars fully geared without anyone calling me a bot or complaining about me. Got called a noob a few times but that's about it...

I've used TuanHA's and Millz' combat routines. Just turn of things that make you look like a bot. My advice would be to stay out of Ashran, AV and IoC with BGFarmer. It works best in the other bg's imo.

 

This has been a lot of fun to play. Two questions:

In AV (Horde), my toon will run straight to Vann. Naturally, he dies horribly. I have the mini boss flag set to off, and the other Attack/Defend flags (IBT,TP,SHB,IWB) all set to on.

Second question, my toon when running to a tower to defend in AV will sometimes just stand on the second level and not go to the actual flag room.

 

I may be just expecting too much. I was just watching it in EOTS and it would run right past gray towers as they were being solo capped then standing just outside the cap radius while fighting so that I wouldn't count toward taking a tower. It also seems hit and miss on whether it will stop and join combat. Just watched it stop next to a fight, do nothing while standing 5 feet from a team mate at 30% health, then start attacking after he dies (this is on a disc priest.)
