Cash Flow - Spell - World of Warcraft Pros: Extra gold. As the leader of a legitimate social guild, I figure I can draw out a little extra from the Vault here and there and sell it off. Cons: Everyone can do this, decreasing overall demand or need for gold. Discuss.
yea this isn't good for the economy at all imo and i thought they would stop making gold so fucking easy to get...
I say we just keep pumping more gold into the economy and let it keep inflating more and more until we have to use a new measurement like a kronon or something where 1 kronon is equal to 1 million gold. and as it keeps inflating even more just keep upping the name, now a kronon is worth 2 million gold. everybody would be happy and the economy would be strong and competitive.
Yea, they should do something about the inflation. I don't understand why they keep increasing vendor sell prices with every expansion. With Cata they even reduced vendor buy prices. Flight Master's license only costs 250 g, and dual spec price was reduced to 100 g. It sucks when you spend much time and effort to earn gold, then you leave the game for some time and when you come back the relative value is much lower.
Quick Facts Guild perk - Level 16 Screenshots its only 10% more from looting, not questing or anything else. its mainly for guild repairs. stop being pansies. and its level 16 guild, that will take a long time to get!
If you have a secondary-market problem (gold selling problem) how do you stop it? You can do it reaction-wise and just ban botters, ban people moving large sums of gold, but no, this is known that it doesn't work. So how? Make gold worthless. I'm not saying that's whats happening here, but we are witnessing some hyper inflation. I'm not worried about it. The value per gold coin will drop, but overall I think it will be roughly the same, the gold #s will just be larger.
Depends on how urgent they need gold on your server. Company1 probably had a high stock, and the latter probably had a low stock and maybe a paid order waiting for delivery.
