[PAID] [Mage] Portal - An Advanced Honorbuddy Mage Routine [PvE/PvP]

Still on my to-do list, it's just not an easy thing to add because of the cancel blizzard cast when less than high aoe unit count value logic.

There's nothing specific to boss targets that would break it, but it could be because of target moving logic which i'm changing in the next build.

i dont know y but all my frost mage now dose is cast polymorph was working fine this morning have tryed to reinstall HB and still the same can u have a look and see where ive gone wrong thanks

I use your mage version and your warlock version and before they worked great, now its messed up both of em, spamming you are too far away ...

First of all, thank you Millz. I appreciate your programme. -I do have some issues though

I am relatively new to botting and I am aiming to achieve a higher dps (or at least the same) plus (important) a better overview on what is happening and better movement (as I do no longer have to spend so much of my focus on the routine).
However, when I play the routine with a frost spec I am way behin my usual dps - arcane is slightly better (than my usual). Now I could just play arcane but currently I lack the gear to so I am still stuck with frost (which I still have to play myself).

Now I don't want you to give me a detailed describtion on what I have to do but I was hoping you could provide me with a guide (I have not found one that is up to date - the two you recomend on the first page are outdated) that tells me how everything works in your programe (I am still unsure about some boxes) and maybe a link to a file of a PVE (frost, arcane and fire) and/or PVP (frost) setting from where I could move on.

I would appreciate your help or that of any other very much
PS particularily if you could help me solve my low frost dps (which is the result of bad timing of the various CDs)

 

I love your work.

My only question is, could you provide a guide on best settings for current raids and possibly what dps to expect with each ilvl?
I am always concerned I have everything setup wrong.

Just bought this routine. Water elemental seems to randomly decide not to do anything, and it seems slow to put down rune of power sometimes. Neither of these things happen consistently, but are annoying none the less.

to my knowledge the free version isn't out yet as he's concentrating on the paid versions first.... I would recommend trying the trial and then buying.

All of Millz routines are second to none especially Portal and Demonic

 

maybe move closer or attach a log... Both routines are working fine atm (other than some fine tuning here and there?) with both pulling very respectable dps figures

 

Milz, the last version is to nearly about perfection, almost in frost 4/7 in Mythic and always top 3 of my guild ( 3 frost in raid and always 1-2 ).

I really love your job, and wish that fire rotation for next raid are same in quality ^^

Hey - The first place to start is load the default PvE.xml file. Go through and disable/enable options after that. The more utility abilities you've got enabled, the lower the DPS. Some options change depending on your talent choices though, but most of the info you'll need can be found on sites like Icy Veins.

Agree, rune of power is far too slow in that log. It's logging that it needs to cast but is casting other stuff. I'll fix it.

The pet seems to be casting and attacking correctly in the log file.

Still rushing to spread as much time around all of my products as possible. Been working on converting Demonic to coroutines (which is pretty much a full re-write of the code). Fixing some stuff on BGFarmer now, then Portal's full re-write for coroutines is next on the list.

 

Is there any guide on how to set this up for WOD?

 

I am seriously considering purchasing this, not for raiding, but I am having a hell of a time staying alive in MOP content. So in short, I have the same qustion as exxtaza, is there a guide on how to set this up, and will the default work well enough for a frost mage?

PS Did the Healing Tonic ever get entered?

I cant seem to get arcane to work though. It casts rune of power and things like that, but it wont actually cast offensive spells, wondering if there was a known bug or a quick fix-all?

the public key token? I only get this whilst loading honorbuddy, on my mage with Portal in the routines.

His previous paid version has been moved over to the buddy store. Find any post from millz. Like the the first on of this thread and check his signature to claim your key.

 

There's no guides, but it comes with some default settings, and it's pretty self explanatory to setup, just takes a little bit of time to familiarise yourself with the GUI layout. You can try the trial via the buddy store to see how you get on.

I'll be adding Healing Tonic into the next build.
