      Thanks for providing this Bot base! Is there a way that I can follow my leader more closely? Sometimes the followers will be way behind. They normally wont start to follow their leader until they get quite far away.

      Yeah Ashran is on my to-do list to improve. Working on a couple of other features at the moment... like this:

      There's a 1 day trial option. The option shows once you've logged into the buddy store website.

      It tries to move to the other bases but sees the banner available to capture so goes for it. I'll reduce the banner scanning range down so that it needs to be a bit closer before it goes for stables/farm flag.

      You don't want it to get too close, because the follow functionality isn't possible with anything other than a bot in BGs, so if its 5 yards behind constantly it can look a little suspect.

      Hello Millz,
      I have again some small problems with your botbase perhaps you can help me, currently im playing an Elemental Shaman, before i played only melee.
      I complete disable all movment and target in the singular routine and enabled in the bot base with caster button.

      Now i have the problem that its happens really often in the Strand of the Ancients and other BGs that the boss is running against the walls if he trys to target one, that is behind that wall or running around.
      In Tempel of Katmogu i still see it as a problem, that if you capture an orb, why the bot doesnt run into the middle? I always stop the bot manually, because if he takes an orb, everyone is yelling "GOOOO FUCKIN INTO THE MIDDLE" .. and this really looks bot like, i already ask this there times :)

      Otherwise, i love your bot, best 25€ ever paid.

      If you can make it for when he grabs the orb, to scan middle of map, if more alliance to go there, or maybe scan for a healer and run towards him, or just find the biggest chunk of allies and run to them, that would be great.

      Temple of Kotmogu - Won't Jump Over Edge

      Something to consider--

      I think people are starting to figure out that the bots won't jump off over the edge into the middle if they are taking a pounding. I've seen a number of adversaries take one step over and just stand there, waiting to see if they're followed. Sure enough, bots will path around to a staircase and not follow them over-- I'm pretty sure this behavior is consistent with BGBuddy but I honestly haven't tested it.

      You may want to enable following target over the wall into the middle to avoid obvious "mechanical" behavior. I'm sure there have already been some reports.

      I always watch my toonand nudge them over wall when this circumstance arises-- much to the chagrin of the evading party.

      I gathered BGFarmer from buddy store yesterday. It works great, but i can't seem to find the Settings GUI. I want to let the bot put prio on Ashran.

      Where can i find it?

      Hey - SotA running against wall - I'll need a log file and a screenshot (maybe even a video in PM?) for this one.

      I'm aware of the ToK issue, and have been trying recently to come up with a solution, but it's pretty difficult as if you're standing on the side where you can jump down, Honorbuddy believes that there's a wall which you can't walk/cast through between you and the middle section, so the only possible way is to go down the stairs. There's a blind fix to this, whereby if the target destination is within the middle section to just always go direct to that point and ignore pathing - but the pillars around the outside of the base would get ignored, so there'd be some running into pillars there instead. Pathing (and navigation in general) is something I've been working on recently. I've written a custom navigation system which allows me to tweak stuff easier. I've managed to fix the 'spinning' issue for horde entering BfG, and alliance in DG. I've also fixed the back tracking in SM when jumping down after resurrecting, but it's a pretty major piece of code so needs lots of testing before I'll be pushing it public. It's not afkable yet.

      It does attempt to move to the middle of the ToK zone once you collect an orb (you'll notice it in the log file/window showing 'moving to centre'), but as soon as you enter combat, the combat routine is given control to fight back with the attacker. A direct path to the centre (as mentioned above) would increase the success rate of getting into the middle though.

      See above - It's something I'm aware of and working to resolve :)

      One Question, what means "Tyrael Mode" / "Routine Mode only"?
      How does it work? Can I use it for arena matches? THX!

      It's a hotkey toggle so when you enable it, the bot only uses the combat routine, it doesn't activate anything else. When you then disable the hotkey it'll go back to running around the map etc.

      Hello,
      I will provide you an log as soon as possible, as its only as RANGE. I bot as enhancer now and there i dont have this issue with running against the walls.

      Now i saw only in BG TOK, that if he is running in the meedle trough a complete ally pulk only to get the healer on the other side. It would more realistic if he would attack the first target that if he gets attacked and not runs through. I have Healer and players with low gear as focus enabled.

      Disabling the healer setting will fix that issue you saw in ToK. If you have healers favoured, then it'll go for the healers that are within your targeting range. You can reduce your targeting range down from the default 60, to something like 40 which may help too.

      Hey Millz, just purchased this from the store. One of the settings for chat is a bit vague to me, it says "Call out incoming if defending:" What would be something ideal to put in there? I have no idea if it announces the location as well, ect.


      P.s. s omething I just noticed, I was getting frame lag spikes every 3-4 seconds when it was trying to return the flag on the ground. Was freezing for about half a second until it finally got to it and returned it, then it cleared up. Any idea if this is a known problem?

      Tried to post log, says I don't have priveledge to for some reason.

      For the chat options, the info tab explains a little, but you could for example put..

      "Incoming %base% %enemies%" -> which will print -> "Incoming Lumber Mill 3"

      You can have multiple options by doing..

      "Inc %base%|inc %base%|incoming %base%" - When you separate the phases with a | character it'll pick a random variation of the phrase.

      You can then edit the chat replacement tab to change the default base names... so..

      "Lumber Mill" -> "lm|LM|lumb"

      ..So it would then randomize it to..

      "inc LM" or "incoming lumb"

      ..and with enemy counts.. "inc LM 3"

      Freezing issue is fixed in next build :)

      Thanks for chat information. Sadly the freezing im getting atm is making this bot base unuseable until its resolved :/

      Let the combat routine handle movement, and disable movement in BGFarmer. It'll resolve the issue for now.

      Killed faster than I can respawn...

      I do get killed faster than I can respawn. Too often it runs right into the enemy group and get killed within NS...

      What am I doing wrong?
      Tried almost every setting including letting the bgf control battle movement.

      Disabling bot movement and letting CR handle movement is not solving the problem with BG freeze bot. Got reported cause I was not aware of the problem. Unusable until gets resolved.

      Not allowed I'm afraid. Bossland GmbH (the company who own Honorbuddy) are against automating arenas.

      Which BG? What's your gear like? If your gear sucks you'll die easy regardless of whether it's the bot doing it or by hand.

      Hmm it shouldn't be bugging out with bot movement disabled. It won't be evident to other players, but I think I'm nearly finished with this new build, so hopefully not long until it's active.
