[PAID] [Warlock] Demonic - An Advanced Honorbuddy Warlock Routine [PvE/PvP]

With SB:Haunt you would ideally pop SB 20 secs before pull (so you can start the fight with full shares) obviously that isn't always possible if your raid only do 10sec pull timers for example, So if not you'd just cast sb and then on 3 secs pre pot and 2 secs precast Haunt.

DS is the same but without the need for the soulburn.

Have you tried enabling cancel cast -> shadowburn ?

Demonic doesn't announce interrupts. Must be an addon in game doing it.

Thanks for your reply, so this means with DS you start the rotation itself by casting haunt? (then followed by dot application by routine) Is the 20sec before pull Soulburn then start with Soul Swap not even worth it? (with demonic servitude)

 

shouldn't there be a random delay timer set to doomguard silence? mine seems to just interrupt instantly all the time, i may be blind but i cannot see an option in routine to change any delay timers. thanks.

hey millz i have noticed that routine doesn't use the second dark soul in destro. it use too but since xpac came out it doesn't. logs attached hope i did the right ones

 

hey i bought your demonic routine a long time ago and just tried to migrate to the store, but your key is invalid :/

 

It waits for the spell caster to have been casting for at least 600ms (i.e. a human could react that fast), then waits until the spell is nearly finished being cast before interrupting it... Or at least that's what should be happening. I can look into it, but double check please

Try disabling the 2nd dark soul setting under talents -> archimondes darkness. It holds it for procs/heroism etc but haven't got the code handy to double check it.

thank you millz i am a idiot.i have another question. is there a guide or something of what setting the routine works best on. like what is min amber before casting DS or min hp value on casting CB
currently i have
min amber before casting CB at 2
min amber before casting havoc 2 that way you get 4 CB
last but not least is sparkuggz style opener still viable

i am sorry if some one has already posted this i couldnt find anything current to this xpac

The default PvE.xml file is pretty much up to date for best DPS. There are some options you may want to play around with, but it's a good starting point.

I suggest to set
min amber before casting CB at 3.1-3.2
min amber before casting DS:I at 3.0
min amber before casting havoc 2.0 (I guess you have the glyph, right? Otherwise 1.0)
That way you'll have at least 3 embers to spend on DS:I.
But if you move a lot and there is always another npc to put Havoc on you may never reach the min amount for DS:I. In that case I press it manually whenever I feel I'll get most out of it.

 

Dont EVER use the Havoc glyph. Its a major dps loss

i bought the premium version and the DPS as WL affliction is very amazing, but i have a understanding problem and two questions.

1. General --> Mobility --> Enable Targeting > What does exactly do? If disabled, then manual targeting is enabled? Means no multi dotting?
2. How can i prevent the combat routine to attack all mobs e.g. attack boss only, after key press multidotting allowed, after key press disabled?
3. Is it possible to add a attack black list with hot key on / off?

With the routine active start it via casting Haunt with DS.

The 20 second thing is because you'll be able to start the fight with full shards and still able to apply SB:Haunt to the target. With regards to Soul swap don't use it

 

Millz could you add an option to auto soulstone healers or tanks?

 

Why not just use the mouseover function?

Where would auto soulstones be useful?. Other class's (druids) having faster battle rez's which would result in demonic having downtime whilst the routine was casting and result in a dps loss surely?... If you need to battle rez because there aren't any other rez's just mouseover.

Did someone played affliction on Butcher Mythic ? How do you handle the drain soul of the Night-Touched Cadaver enemies ? Because if you drain soul them before they reach the butcher they explode and you receive a shard. Do you put disable auto targeting and put the pausing option in the cc higher so at 700 ms or it is needed to stop the cc and do this part manually ?

 

Is it just me or is Fire and Brimstone having issues casting? It tries to cast it but pushes incinerate too quickly after and proceeds with incinerate over fnb
