[N][Guild Achievement] Critter Kill Squad Terrorweb tunnel

This is another critter killing profile this tunnel contains thousands of the little things.
There is mobs in this profile so id reccomend atleast a 40+ Toon
The tunnel is located in the eastern plaguelands at the top of the thondroril river

Use this macro to target the critterz

cleartarget

Np i havent fully tested this yet since i odonthave a character at a level i can but if you could give feedback it would be much appreciated just stuff like kills per hour deaths etc

really awesome idea, im running now lvl 65 priest not that many kills but its hands free so cant complain. Im currently researching all of the different spots and this is the only decent one. There was an instant spawn using the sheep but it has been hotfixed.
Going rate for your profile of 300 per 10 minutes exactly.
There are 2 other spots but the respawn is pretty bad. The other one is in howling fjord with the Howling Fjord Penguins. I tried creating a profile but HB isnt liking the iceburgs, the profile I made isnt functioning at all. Just runs to places I didnt even define as hotspots.
The other is in agmars hammer. Its full of cockroaches, I might try that one in a bit.

 

For this particular tunnel, I use the following macro on my warrior>>

/cleartarget
/tar [nodead] cockroach
/cleartarget
/tar [nodead] spider
/cleartarget
/tar [nodead] scorpion
/cleartarget
/tar [nodead] beetle
/startattack
/cast yourspellhere

edit: just to clarify tho.. there's not thousands of them in the tunnel.. there's more like 400 or so..

edti2: also if you're a rogue, best to do this as combat spec for the 25% increased energy regen rate...

 

Good way to do it with other people in your guild:

Form up a raid group, camp the locations and kill critters. You'll get a point for each critter/member killed. So if you have a 40 man raid and you kill 1 critter = 40 points.

Hi all i modified run macro to only use the macro when more than one critter is within 10yards sames some downtime with manna etc. enjoy ps just make macro with your choice of aoe called test.

I'm pretty sure those other 39 people have to be close to you to receive extra kill credits and I don't know if it works with raid but I know it does work with 5m groups.

 

Which spell do you use on your warrior? I'm trying to figure out what would be the best.

hmm, this is quite easy on my warlock, switched to demonology, to get the hellfire talent, which enables you to walk while channeling it, i simply ran through it and kept my hellfire on, + my pet on agressive, for the adds, and its a simple run-through,
didnt use the profile for it or anything, since it would probably keep casting hellfire on every mob, which cancels it, re-casts it, wastes loads of mana n such, but thanks for the location, works great,

only problem is, i rush through the tunnel once, and am then forced to wait for them to respawn..

 

I like using the macro but I have a prob where it only selects the beetle and runs past everthing else while running through the tunnel, so as a hunter I run and multishot as much as I can but if theres no beetles left alive then it just runs past the other stuff (

Works with raids, too. We did it in 10 man. You get credit even if you're at the Stratholm entrance.

 

There is also a great spot in ZG at the snakeboss. Almost instant spawning snakes Doing about 1k critter in 15-20min. Only downside is when some lowbie comes to do the quest there Then u die if u dont get away

Or, u could make some Stormchops (Stormchops - Item - World of Warcraft), eat em and park your char in the Tram IF side and go afk if u wanna do it safe Might take a few days tho

 

has anyone tried the snakes in vashj for the quest to suck them up in the tornado? there is like a entire place just pure neutral snakes im not sure if they count or not but seems like u could get tons of kills fast there if ur character can handle the occasional level 81-82 mob
