You can disable it, I only have it there so I don't forget to enable it if I ever use it on a high AoE cluster fight. As for Glaive Toss, it's only a DPS increase if you're moving and there's absolutely nothing else to cast from your rotation. Since enabling glaive toss throws it into the normal rotation, it's a DPS loss. No problem. You're right, swapping to Lone Wolf shouldn't require any rotation change. As for Lone Wolf, it's a flat 30% damage increase, so I don't see why Serpent Sting would have less damage than the one using Focusing Shot. It makes absolutely no sense to me as it should have 100% uptime. I assume you're going by the below priorities, right? 1 Black Arrow 2 Serpent Sting (applied by Arcane Shot, Multi-Shot) 3 Explosive Shot 4 Barrage (multiple targets) 5 Crows/Stampede 6 Arcane Shot(ToTH) 7 Glaive Toss (if moving and nothing else to do) 8 Arcane Shot (focus dump) 9 Cobra Shot/Focusing Shot (generator) 2 targets: Drop Explosive Trap on cd, use Multi-Shot to apply Serpent Sting to both targets if applicable, Arcane Shot otherwise. 3+ targets: Use Multi-Shot as a focus dump instead of Arcane Shot 7+ targets: Stop using Explosive Shot on cd unless Lock and Load is up. I've also noticed that it has no logic for low HP mobs, for instance, it applies Black Arrow or Crows at like 1% HP - completely unnecessary and quite a big DPS loss if there's another target coming up.
I tested it now on HC Imperator - with 668GS , i made 1. Try 26,6k DPS, 2. Try 23,3k (my fault - i summon my tankpet) 3. Try I will use my own spec/config. Will post the result.
Hmm? I'm getting at least 30k+ on Imperator with 668. Best being 31.5k. Not quite sure what you're doing? On Imperator you should use Barrage quite heavily though, lots of times where it's really useful.
For Kaiser i used the ST Profile, till the Add spawns. But in both tries we dont receive bl. And i "dotted" both warmages. And your spec is against any guides. Do you cleave into the small adds? I dont know why, but last time kargath myth - i made with my configuration and 667 GS 27,9k DPS - and today after updated TuanHa i made 24,4k on imperator HC with 668 GS.
With Nopejpg's settings I got a shitty 25k burst and averaged at like 21/22k dps. The MM rotation has a 40k burst and keeps above 23k. How the fuck are you getting 30k dps average? Im ilvl 651, surely there cant be a increase of 7k on average?
Pretty much this, it's roughly around the same dps as i get with default raid settings for single target and actually LESS for multi target. EDIT: 667 ilvl, 26k Single Target.
SAME. I don't know what hes doing but theres no way in hell his numbers are right. Either way, hand players are doing more dps which I'm sure Tuan will fix soon!
Well I wouldn't say that exactly, He could be doing something we are not I wouldn't dismiss it but certainly following the posted imagery guide and hotkeys im not hitting that height at all.
Settings aside, SV's stat weights make for tricky ilvl comparisons. You might have full highmaul gear at 660 ilvl while another hunter might have same ilvl with highmaul + 660 PvP gear that has the much better Multistrike stat. He's gunna kick your ass in dps if he is better itemized. Just something to consider when looking at logs and whatnot.

Have you tried Importing your character into SimulationCraft and checking your simmed DPS? Something I noticed on our last Kargath M is that Multishot is not being utilized as it should. So I have added Pause on Manual Keypress 300 so I can cast Multishot when I feel it's appropriate.

It will then include Barrage and Explosive Trap in the rotation, because those abilities are only worth to use when there are 2 or more targets.
I am a better itemized than you. Tried your settings on H Butcher last night and I did get a dps increase but it was not that great still. I am running Enyo at 30ticks. ilvl 667 29.81% Crit 17.22% Mastery 16.33% Multistrike 10.92% Haste 5.32% Versatility 667 My hunter - 25,606 dps 666 Hunter same spec - 26,525 dps 656 Hunter same spec - 25,801 dps Using your switching method on Imp I did get an increase to 31k dps though so I'm not sure where the hangup is for single target.
W-what.. what spec are you running? Talents? I had 29k dps last time I did him (before even getting my new chest), using my settings posted before. I have no clue how I'm getting these figures while you guys are not. You're all fully buffed, flasked, multistrike food and pre-pot + fight-pot, right? Also, my stats are the unbuffed one from Armory. My trinkets are ConqInsignia + Heroic Scales, with the 690 proc ring.
I'm running 3/3 Skull and Heroic Scales with the 690 ring also. Fully all the things. (SV) Running Trill, MoC, Barrage, LW. I know Focusing Shot is a dps gain but I prefer LW. I will try a pug tonight with FS and see what I get.
Dude.. why are you complaining if you're playing with LW which is a huge DPS loss for both manual and bot players? Even on a fight like Butcher which is perfectly made for Focusing Shot. OF COURSE there will be a huge difference between yours and my DPS. Of course.
I'm 682iLv and 6/7M, I've recently been introduced to this rotation bot thing since I injured my hand, are any of you fellas using the Paid version of this rotation bot, which indicates it uses "advanced logic"...But I don't see any postings regarding what advanced logic this may include other than priority for SV/BM/MM. If you're using the "Paid Version", do you notice a significant change in logic/+10% DPS over the public version?
