That's what I thought, Only reason I could see a use for such a Plugin now is for the occurances when HB kills multiple mobs & Loots them in a weird order.
Code: Looting is perfectly fine now. A plugin for it would be trying to fix what isn't broken.. no use. It isn't. At least for skinners (with herbalism). Killing a croko, crossing a river because there is a herb. Killing the croko that guards the herb. Herb, back over the river, loot and skin the first croko, back over the river, loot & skin the second croko. That's what happening to some of us atm ;( So, if you can spend some time on a new addon it would be really appreciated. Tia, Highend
aint sayin' the looting is bad in the new HB, though my inpression when i used this was that it was better.. that's all. i am perfectly capable of goin with hb's looting. though it would have been nice with this one. So if you feel for doing it atleast i would appriaciate it
I agree. I have several miners, skinners, and herbalists, and when they go to a node to harvest and kill a skinnable mob they often kill, run to the node, harvest, come back to corpse, loot, then skin. I liked using this plugin before it was outdated. It was very quick and proper. Kill, loot, skin, harvest node, rinse and repeat. I don't find the plugin useless at all. I'm still waiting for it to be updated so I can use it again.
My druid skip about 1 in 30 loots and about 1 in 5 skins. Strange thing is that my pally never does this, first i thought it happened when it switched to travel form but that aint it. The search continues. (no, the log files does not contain anything usefull).
I farm mobs that respawn very fast and theres a lot of them. hes usually in combat because the mobs attack some NPC nearby so HB does not loot. This plugin works wonders here =)
I beg to differ. My toons never miss loots altogether. But they still have the issue of killing the mob, starting to run off, then coming back to loot. Looks nasty.
