One thing i found a bit annoying. If i got interrupted by a mob, while i was chopping the tree. It would not go back to that tree and chop it down again.
I made a slight adjustment to the plugin and it seems to have fixed the not chopping due to being in combat just before. View attachment Timber.cs
does seem improved, but it just happened to me a few times using this. Mostly after I am in combat but ran past the mobs then dismounted to chop, but HB does its stupid thing where it runs back to the mob you are in combat with... and then it turns around and runs back, but the bot just remounts and runs past the tree.
i put the bot on spires of arak, and it's always stopping on the same place, don't know what to do =( I'm trying to atach log file but its waaay too big at 13mb.
Yea its a known problem, its trying to log a tree that is phased. Dont know how to blacklist that yet.
Damn that sucks then, this is by far the most elegant solution i found so far, is there any place it works afk?
UPDATED (see the first post ). now the plugin will adapt to your lumber mill level. the bug about missed trees when aggroing is fixed. I'm gonna rework on this plugin so i hope i can fix bugs and enhance functionnality.
i cant even download the plugin. is there a special requirement for it? when i click the link, it says search the web for a program to open it
right click on the link, then click "save as". create a folder in your hbplugin folder named Timber, and copy the file in it.
It's working, but eventually the bot will run off to a far reach of the map and just sit there until log out =( This happened in both Spires of Arak and Everbloom.
Have been runing this since first release It just keeps getting better. This new release is very nice. It still would be nice to have support with QuestingBot, Just to make it farm X lumber HS return to random spot and farm more. or just make it "click to move" at random spot on map just to make it keep and keep walking! Will try to report any problems if i encounter any! PS: Did give you a donation
Very nice plugin! Thank you for your work! But it will be create if it can be work with not only "Empty" but also with normal profile, because some times no trees near bot and bot stop...
Thk you very much for your support ! I was wondering if i should keep that plugin updated; now i know i have too ^^ actually i'm investigating different ways to get rid of the "no profile" limit. In the best case it would be able to farm on any botbase, including GB, grind, questbot, with compatibility with looting / harvesting.
I am having several problems. 1) If I am logging and a mob hits me he just stands there and does nothing and doesn't log. 2) After I log he just stands there and does nothing I am only level 2 lumber mill idk if that matters
Having this issue as well.. Tried GrindBuddy, Grindbot and Gatherbot, all have the same results :\... Goes around > Tries to chp a tree > mob interfers > char kills mob > Chops the tree > stands still..
Thanks for the plugin man, I tried using two different grindbot profiles for this, and each one just stands around when there is no lumber around. Shouldn't the profile keep moving my character till he finds lumber by default? Was using both Gatherit's and Army's profile
Can you run this plugin with any grinding profile or do you need to use the blank one? I tried it once but soon as the plugin noticed a timber and started to move the toon while it was going for a hotspot it started to make weird things with the toon movement and didn't know where to go
