      You can play, but you can't bot.

      The devs are people too, they're probably sleeping, or doing other things that aren't GB/HB related. They don't sit at the computer 24/7 waiting for bugs to pop up so they can fix them, they have lives too.

      While that is true, please keep in mind this is a paid service with 24/7 Support. People have a right as paying customers to be upset. And before you say where does it say 24/7 support, please keep in mind GB and HB will only work connected to AUTH Servers which are maintained at all times by the GB Crew. So that, in itself is 24/7 Support. Not trying to bash the GB Team here, just trying to explain another perspective on the current issue.

      thats sucks, cost me a few bucks since im going to bed and cant turn my bots on. but oh well.
      not much i can do untill i find another bot that can do the same job or better.

      The session limit issue is happening for my lifetime sub to GB and HB. Jsut started today.

      Patience is a virtue.

      I'm sure they are working on it. Pressuring them might get them tensed and stressed which might affect their performance. If you don't like their performance you don't want to make it worse now won't you?
