Hello! Can we get options to remove thunderclap ability from arms rotation? Seems it's not really good at single dps now, but routine use it too often.
I reckon a lot of top warriors are using a routine similar to this. Potentially one that doesn't have tc added yet.
Be much more interested in 5m runs of each. Very very few times will any fight come near 15m but I guess it's all relative to a degree
Not anymore. In highmaul and with the gear that drops (stats based), arms has better single target and cleave damage now. So arms for everything unless you have much better fury weapons.
I haven't used FU2 in a few days. Anyone been able to compare fury before and after to see to what degree his improvements have changed things?
Agree to disagree I guess. I'm 670 fury and 672 arms and I destroy arms .. Well I won't say destroy but it's preferable in about 40% of the fights. This is coming from a lifelong arms warrior at that . My arms weapon is 10 ilvls higher too. Then there's the logs of course since I know anecdotal evidence is worthless. It's competitive now single target but superior it is not. We all pay the same sub so are free to do as we wish but the spreading of opinion as fact or of misinformation is bad juju. Unfortunately super prevalent in wows community. I will give you this. When this routine is fixed it will be much much closer than it is now. Again speaking single target only.
For everyone jumping on the Arms bandwagon you should be aware of this Blue post from Jan 15. SO be careful before you start regearing, gemming and enchanting your gear unneccessarily for I'm certain Fury will once again be the superior raiding spec soon. "Mastery for Arms warriors is definitely something we've been looking at very carefully. Mastery is meant to be one of your strongest secondary stats for increasing single-target damage which is why it was buffed. However, we're also seeing some numbers that indicate it might be a bit too powerful, so we're considering dialing it back a bit, but keeping it above where it originally started." There's an issue with movement where if a mob or boss gets pulled just out of melee range and not far enough to use charge, the toon will just stand there not doing anything. It won't just move up to adjust. If the mob or boss is moved further to where the warrior can charge, it will charge and/or move. This happens a lot when in LFR and trapping. Trapping clefthoofs is annoying as shit when I have my warrior following my dk. The clefthoof will do a knockback, but won't knock my warrior back far enough to charge or move back on his own so he just stands there. Log: View attachment 7864 2015-01-20 13.23.txt
Sorry but you're wrong. Go look at any log sites like WL. Arms is superior on every fight at the moment. Single target, cleave, it doesn't matter. You're the one misinformed.
