I know there is another thread about this, and i posted in it, but nothing/no one is helping me. I tried everything mentioned in the thread and none of it worked. I waited on msn for support from tony for several hours but he never got on and i had to go. Here is a screen shot of my error.

I don't seem to have my log folder in my honorbuddy folder, it might have been because i reinstalled it to try to solve the issue. If there is another way to get the logs could you tell me other wise i can't get them.
