  • still cant load quests with this one specific HB key - followed trouble shooting step

      i have two different HB client keys. 1 works after applying updates, the other one doesnt. the main issue i am experiencing with the 2nd key is the ability to load a quest profile. i have applied the buddy fix that downloads the correct netframwork as well as the c++ versions. i have performed 4 different clean installs, ran apps as admin, selected different folder paths, for different installs, however still got the same issue where loading a questing. attached is my HB log

      are you sure your loading a quest profile pressing start?

      when i launch HB i wait for everything to load. when i go to load a profile i select "from buddy store." when i click this nothing appears. this issue is typically resolved by downloading the proper net framework and c++ versions. this fixed it on my first machine, however this currently workstation it is not. i would click start if there was a profile for me to load from the buddy store however there isnt. i have also gone into buddy store and disabled a lot of streaming profiles, plug ins, etc.

      the reason i think it is the serial is i run into the same issue when i am using it on my other machine.

      when you select to load from Bstore,the window pops but its blank or doesnt pop at all?

      it pops up blank. it only pops up blank with this one key, it doesnt with the other. i recently created a windows 8 vm x64 to test. i experienced the same exact issue. both keys were purchased under the same email. any idea what would be keeping the questing profile pop up screen blank?
