There's always a chance that your IP is getting flagged/blocked. But usually it doesnt really matter. Most ISP offer non-static IP's so every reset changes your IP.
However, when you have a static IP I recommend to use VPN services. I actually recommend that everytime when you bot or download things.

1 acc was 1month+ old (didn't bot all the time tho) and the 2 other botted at max lvl for about 1 week. The ban occured after a 30h session which is understandable

lvled them separately with mostly kicks and some mob grinding.

Is it higher risk of getting banned if I use the same battle.net acc for my new accounts?

Nop, the risk is not higher, but the next set will get banned faster, or worse - if you get different sets, sharing same bnet, they could be banned in the same time ;)

      ***NOTICE OF LICENCE TERMINATION***

      Account: WOW2
Offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software

Blizzard Entertainment has terminated this World of Warcraft license after identifying the usage of bots or other cheat software.

These programs (commonly called cheats, bots, and hacks) automate certain aspects of gameplay, or provide unintended advantages and abilities to the player. This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment.

Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to terminate access for conduct of this nature, with or without warning, as noted in the World of Warcraft Terms of Use:
      xxxxxxxxxx

This page contains details on how suspensions are appealed and reviewed:
      xxxxxxxx

      Regards,
      Blizzard Entertainment

Is this even worth appealing? All 3 accounts were on the same battle.net acc and they were banned at the same time while dungeon botting. have anyone else have had success with appealing?
