That is why these healers use Wrath with Dream of Cenarius most of the rest of the time, because it costs no mana, so spamming WG with every Swiftmend is not making them oom.

Well, I have a lot of spirit and my trinkets give mana on use (2 min cd) and spirit on proc (2.2k), so its not as much of an issue as it once was.

Also, picking the best time for channelled mana pot during a fight, with the high dps output of a decent raid group, you can maximize hps throughput while still just going oom by the end of the fight, instead of the middle.

Expert or not, it is what works based on observation and experience?

The SotF bonus to WG is so huge, especially with a lot of haste (I have 22% unbuffed now), it makes sense to abuse it as much as possible.

 

Here's what one mythic druid wrote about it:


"I love my DoC great for many fights wrath does not cost mana so it allows you to have 5 second regen.

Each wrath is about 1.5 cast on me and heals for about 20-40k with hero and trinket it drops to 1.08 so 20-40k hps while allowing for mana to regen for 10-15 seconds is extremely powerful.

Also I can heal most of normal HM with just wrath spam."

I went with the SotF wild growth and DoC for pretty decent smart heals (that plus mushroom and a few rejuvs is all you need for the first phase of most fights).

Its already doing it on auto. We want option to use Sotf only with WG @ manual.

I am using hotkey to switch between manual (profile with wrath, 3-4 active rejuves, LB, OOC procs only, shroom on hotkey, Harmony uptime)/auto(it spams WG too much even with 99%/1% for auto).

This shouldnt happen at all. Its a waste to even update Harmony with SM. Save it for SM+WG only.
