I have a 70ish shadow priest..
i've been watching it.. and it seems to be spamming "use wand"
..
is it supposed to do that?
thought after u use the wand.. it would automatically do it after that?
or is it just me?

this gets spammed in the debug window

 

Level 11 Priest.
It looks like it cant kill mobs with out wand.
Even if i select it not to use it.
If Shadow Pain wears of before the mobs dies it will just keep spaming Powerword Shield!! Until mana or health is 0%!

Ok now it kills the mob. But looks like the real bot it is.
Use SW = 0%
Dot target until hp = 0%
DPS while target hp = 0%

Fix so it more looks like a normal DPSer. (what that is i cant tell due to Im not an Priest expert)

 

There is some issues with SW: Death casting.. Sometimes in a mind spike rotation the enemy mob gets below the limit for casting Shadow Word: Death, but instead of using that, the priest keeps casting mind spike - I guess this is because of some kind of HB delay in getting the mobs hp, so ensemble will cast mind spike resulting in about 50% of the mobs not getting lasthit by Shadow Word: Death.

I also observed that if the priest gets below the limit for casting refraction after casting mind blast (thus stunning the target) he will just stand there and wait out (1) the full stun duration, 4 secs, and (2) the time it takes for the mob to approach after the stun before casting refraction. Often times the mob is even below the Shadow Word: Death limit and could be killed really quickly. Two alternate reactions would be better:
1) Kill the mob if it is below the Shadow Word: Death limit, and use refraction after it is dead, or
2) Cast refraction instantly instead of wasting 6-7 secs of fight time T_T

The uploaded log is covering both subjects, however, they might be hard to find as it is from an hour of farming... Very hard <.<


EDIT: The second (small) log was a lucky session. Just one mob with the first issue addressed (Shadow Word: Death not being cast - It attempts though, says the log).

Maybe it would be possible to interupt the spell by moving or in some other way to make room for Shadow Word: Death?


EDIT2: It would also be an improvement to enable out-of-combat use of Dispersion. If my priest gets below the dispersion limit after killing a mob, it will just waste cooldown by activating it during the next fight (with complete certainty, it WILL use it... Well, unless you have 1k spirit ).

raphus, just want to say, im using this in ib, currently level 56 and it is fuckign awesome, heals better than i can lol, good job dude.

 

About 90-120 ms, green bar. Is this the problem? Thanks for the reply btw

EDIT: Also, is it possible to implement support for Surge of Light, so it will cast a flash of light on the most hurt party member when buffed?

 

Is that "except" as in not implemented, or "expect" as in "expect it soon"?

 

I have a level 85 priest. I die all the time, wake up with red gear and to see my inventory arent even full. He have died alot since i gone to bed and only killed a few mobs.
The priest cc suck balls i think, the rotation is completly wrong, pulls with mind blast even when i have turned of the "pull with mind blast" and sometimes it just pulls mobs and then
stop dpsing after a while and just die it seems.

 

Sorry about my last post, was just pissed i wanted to see my bags full of loot, but the cc isnt that good or maybe i dont have the right settings or something, gonna bot with my hunter instead.

 

Well, the cc is working perfectly for me mate, want my config file?

On another note: With regards to the dispersion issue I addressed earlier I just now found my bots mana being lower than the dispersion limit after a fight. If the amount of mana does not climb above that number (for me 60%) before it finds its next target, instead of initiating normally, it will walk up to the mob (as in straight in front of, 5 distance), get hit once, then cast dispersion before starting to spam spikes T_T

It may be because i changed my box to an old laptop, but even then, the cc shouldn't have that kind of extreme bot like issues... I uploaded a log file, it's pretty easy to find (one of the last two mobs i think).


Btw. what kind of feedback are you getting on the other ensemble cc parts? Is the rogue working well? Cuz I have problems with SS4 not ambushing and getting stuck in a pickpocket loop... I also manually had to edit the class to enable use of recuperate (which is just stupid).

And what about the issue with dispersion and SW: D? Are they difficult? If you want help I could look it over?

 

Raphus it is possible that the Bot does not fight against the enemys and does only heal the party member ? Thanks. Because they were angry about the Bot that he does not heal ;-)
There was no Mash Errors or any other cc errors. my char is a priest human and level 16 with disciplin as talent tree. Thank you

 

In the bot settings you can customize how you like. Just deactivate the offensive spells you do not like.

 

Could I request as well an option for the RaF department.
Can you make a selection so it would only heal (and don't do DPS) or autodetection if certain talents are taken.
I hate the DPS-Heal build of the disc tree (I think it's silly that a healer needs to do DPS to heal better), so I am running a alternate build where I don't need to DPS.

When raffing i notice it's wasting mana on DPSing the boss (Holy Fire and Smite mainly).
I rather not have it DPS at all when I run as healer.

It should have a healer only option imho as well. Therefor I second the request done earlier.
