I found this a little confusing, an easier way to fix this would be to open the file in question, preferably with Notepad++ for line numbering. Go to Line 41 Type Code: /* Commented by me to stop use of Augment Runes Go to Line 44 Type Code: Commented by me to stop use of Augment Runes */ Go to Line 48 Type Code: /* Commented by me to stop use of Augment Runes Go to Line 81 Type Code: Commented by me to stop use of Augment Runes */ This creates comment blocks, commenting out the entire areas that use Runes without deleting any of the original code.
Hi.. I'd like to report some issues with dungeonbuddy for Highmaul LFR. 1) Last boss (Imperator Mar'gok), the wrong adds are targeted and killed during the phase shift. The warmages and the reaver needs to be killed first. 2) First boss (Kargath Bladefist), the Berserker rush requires you to lead him into the flame traps. 3) Road down to The Butcher and to Tectus the bot has some pathing issues. Mostly when it goes down the ramp from the first boss. Alot of circling 4) The Butcher and Brackenspore was perfectly scripted, however at Brackenspore the bot stops just before where it can get locked out if the boss is engaged. (Some slow reaction following tank) 5) Tectus with ranged classes is a horrid thing to watch, when the mountains spawn the bot is running back and forth to get in line of sight. The ranged classes should not stack under the boss and the adds before the boss spawns. 6) Twin Ogron fight needs better flame handling, whirlwind moveaway and the falling roof ability. 7) Ko'ragh fight needs better handling of debuffs, theres a yard range on the flaming debuff, aswell as getting away from the tanks if they do have a debuff. - The adds are targeted when the boss needs to be targeted during the Vulnerability phase. 8) It keeps doing lfr unless you stop the bot, maybe you can let it do lfr only once? Summary: Bot getting stuck in Gate of the Setting Sun Heroic Class: Running 5 man team, DK, 3x Hunters, Druid. CustomClass: DK(Singular), Rest Tuanha. Role: All Queue Type: Random MoP Heroic. Party Mode: Follower and Leader Dungeon: Gate of the Setting Sun Heroic My bots have lately always managed to get stuck in this dungeon, have been working fine before so now I figgured it was time to report the problem. I've noticed sometimes that they get stuck during the last boss, so I figured its there somehow but I could be wrong. I zipped and attached the Log files from all 5 bots and hopefully you can find the problem in there.
Is there anyway to have dungeonbuddy turned on but have full control over character movement? I want to be able to move but not worry about spells. I'm a healer =]
Actually - the code in Walled City somehow applies to all three raids - as the rune augment feature is only found in that one. I cant give you a log because I cant even get the bot to work with the edited file. I appreciate any help you can give - this is incredibly frustrating. If you have working versions - can you just upload your edited versions for all three? I lost 2k of runes before I realized what was happening. I don't even mind if it uses 1 but why is it using all of them!
Unfortunately that won't help as I've not run these scripts since changing the file, I simply copied missionmeow's solution but made it easier to read, I suppose it's possible I've missed something he edited. Try making the changes he suggested prior to my post and report back. I'll have a close look when I get home, I'm terrible with C though so if there's a problem I probably won't be much help :/
I can fix it. On line 53 to 56 is the ID's for the 3 different runes. Replace: 118630, 118631, 118632 with something else, for example: 12321 and the script will think you have no runes to consume. This way you dont have to worry about what to delete I kinda question why they added augment runes in the first place without an enable/disable setting but hey. Edit. Since it seems to have eluded everyone, the most obvious solution would have been to put your runes into the bank while botting. xD
You get the runes while you raid - and it spams them. I bot the LFR for the runes lol. Where can I find a database of items to use?
is there any way to farm hellfire ramparts efficiently and fully afk before level 61? my bots always die (druids) and just keep falling down when running back inside of the instance resulting in a stuck.
You want to farm a level appropriate dungeon solo? Or did I miss something? Like would you have a group of characters or something?
Movement is implemented in highmaul lfr. but i think kargath ranged/heal behavior should be improved. I died as he chased me. Run around like a headless chicken between the voids and got killed. Suggestion: Move to a position where an active void is between you and kargath (and he is in range oc). Butcher and spore np, Tectus working, but running too much around while in combat with the trash before (the three elementals). Suggestion: Ignore the white circle, don´t try to move in. Twins ok, but switched to manual Final Boss ok but the bot priorizes the small adds while ignoring the ogres (always getting aggro). Should be reversed that he priorizes the big adds. Oh and is it cc or bot that he uses the runes dropped from the bosses in LFR? Using the runes is wasted and you can sell them on the ah. (ok known issue)
Hey there! Great feedback and kind of lines up with what I have noticed as well. The runes are being used by one of the scripts for HM LFR not Dungeonbuddy itself really. Several people are trying to figure it out, but I am sure that they will fix it at some point.
Heroic Auchindon works damn near flawless for ranged DPS. edit: spoke too soon! only thing i saw it didnt do is avoid that large demon/elemental on the Teron'gor encounter. otherwise it is 95% flawless
