My gold disappeared aswell, then again - I might have sold it. Seriously though, without any additional info - nobody is going to be able to help you.
But look i have set my bot emails to send copy of mails to my main mail account and "account locked"(IP CHANGE ETC) while i tried login i could login after 3-4 mins normaly (it has been locked while try instantly login after dc) its dc 1 by one.Having + 4 Antyviurs support No virus detect its seems like HB develoopers put fingers into it.
You seems to be hacked, contact support for the issue. If blizzard have already found you botting, they would never only delete ur gold, but will apply penalties to the accounts!
You are screwed! Someone hacked you, and the only way to get your gold returned is to contact Blizzard GM. However, if you contact a GM it will bring an investigation on your account. Check your computer for any viruses, then change your passwords on both your game and your private email account. It seems like all you can do is keep moving forward, the gold is gone. I have been there, I know what it's like. :-(
Noooo wtf ? i was hacked i just contacted them gave info that the account is mine and everything was restored stop making stuff up
Yes please point out to blizzard that your account needs to be reviewed and the actions that has been going on with it. I mean honestly what could possibly go wrong with that?
Actually, in 95% of the cases, the GM would only do what you have requested, after checking the issue for you. He would not check where this gold is getting from, unless we talk about 999k goldz or even more! They are humans, doing their jobs, like anyone else, and their main task is to deal with the current support issue, move on and start with the next one. It is very rare, when some GM going deeper and reveal your scheme.
