Angler will not cast

Any profile i use it will go to water but will not cast. Have everything set to false. Will not even work with the blank fishing profile. Will equip my fishing pole and hat but wont cast. Any help will be appreciated.

 

Be sure your "fish only in pools" is set to false. That's what usually keeps it from casting.

 

Ya all of the settings are false. Waterwalking pools. Flying. Etc

Its working for me.
This is my settings :

AvoidLava : False
Fly : True
NinjaNode : False
PoolFishing : False
UseWaterWalking : True

Edit : I only use it in my garrison
