[Paws] - A Feral and Guardian Druid Combat Routine

ok here are my logs attached. the first one is when i first ran Hb and paws after the new installation and SVN update. The last one is where i was trying to get the bot to heal correctly. Take a look and let me know if it helps. I did also get an error when i first loaded paws but it was a .net error of some sort. Not lilke the other guy. I did change my svn folder from Pawshb to just Paws anyways like suggested. When it first loaded it didnt have any preset. Somehow i got automatic questing to show up but nothing was preset. i had to click all the boxes and set the parameters.

I do see that HT is healing you at very high health percentages. I also see that it is healing DPS, Tanks, and Healers towards the end of the log. I am a little concerned about the presets issue, and since I can't tell what settings you have, we'll try a few things real quick.

First, delete your entire Paws folder and all contents under your HB\Routines folder.
Next, go to HB\Settings\[YOUR REALM]\[YOUR CHARACTER] and delete the Paws folder (this is where the presets are saved)
Now, go back to the Routines folder, and checkout the SVN Development version (it's currently in a stable state), and rename the folder under Routines from pawshb to Paws if necessary. I added a feature today that will tell the log file all of your current settings so I can see the values and load them for me to troubleshoot easier.
Once you start HB, it will rebuild the Presets folder and you should have all of the default presets again.

Give that a whirl, test an LFR again, and toss me the log to troubleshoot more.

I will also test an LFR in the meantime.

bbiagllla, just wanted to say that I tested the healing settings in a few LFRs and they are working as expected for me (not healing me with my health so high, and healing others as anticipated), so I'm hoping that your issues are just a matter of reinstalling Paws as I mentioned above or adjusting some settings.

For the movement of the bot, maybe you want implent this :

That way you have the freedom to interact in the movement behavior. (ground effects, avoiding dangerous spellcasts, etc ....)

ok i deleted the folders and settings. i checked out the dev svn. under routine it made a folder called dev and in that folder is the paws files. i started Hb and hit class config and recieved the error i posted a picture of.

i hit continue and it takes me to the paws settings but no presets available.

should i move the paws folder out of the dev folder so it is directly under the routine folder?

 

bbiagllla, delete that picture asap, it's revealing info you don't want people to see.

The path for paws to see the presets folder needs to look like this:

Hey. One little question. If I want the bot to just do the dps rotation in 5-man-heroics (i wanna move myself), do i have to use combat, dungeon or raidbot?

Hi alex2712,

I'd recommend you get the Enyo bot base located here. Then use that in conjunction with the Dungeon preset in Paws for a good starting point and adjust settings to your liking from there.

Hi SnowCrash.

I'm really liking the routine, however, is there a tiny thing.

- When it shapeshift to get out of roots, it sometimes stuck gets stuck in bear form for some seconds. Could you make an option ( perhaps with a warning ) that will allow of to shapeshift in and out of cat form quickly to remove roots etc? I know it will look suspiciously.

Hey Ferhal, it's designed to switch back within a few seconds, but it may seem delayed further if you are in need of heals or defensive mitigation. I'll try to test some different behaviors to give the user more flexibility as you suggest. Thanks.

Hi samu, have you downloaded the latest version? It contains various presets now for raiding, pvp, dungeons, and questing.

yeah i did mate but for some reason the perfomance of the pvp one isnt that bright
acts very slow

 

Can you be more specific? Provide some details and a log? Hard for me to pinpoint an issue without any examples or the ability for me to recreate the problem.

Hello , am a feral cat 698 ilvl i like to change from Lunar spec and Bloodtalons it seems both are on 45k dps on dummy yet on bloodtalons its smoother . as for Offensives can you pls add a setting for On boss as for AOE setting atm can you make it so like if i set it to lets say 5 enemies It would Thrash 1st then Swipe>thrash .
And man good job i would really like to help out or i need testers for pve its so nice even checks my trinkets

 

I can not control targeting in skermish's. with targeting off

turned off multi dot, and solved this issue.
