You need to do a Fresh Install of HB....do not install it over an existing folder or anything like that. Do a completel fresh install and that should get you fixed up. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
hey just tried that and the setup keeps failing for the new install. I have removed the old version completely and downloaded the latest version fresh, used the buddy wizard to make sure i have the prerequisite for the HB install. i have attached the log file and a pic of what the install is doing.
This just kind of puts the nail in the coffin that it is not a profile issue, you more than likely need to contact support or open up an HB support thread as I am not HB staff and not the best person to support you on the non profile issue. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
hello again benny i have contacted support and i have sorted out HB but i am still having the same trouble with the beaver profile i have attached a log once i load the profile i hit start and it tells me to go alter the config settings but when i click on bot config this comes up if i just click continue it opens the PB window to change settings but it has no settings its just blank
you are doing as the second post says correct? Loading the profile from store then hitting bot config? Setting up the profile how you want then exiting bot config? All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
that is what im trying to do but when i try to load it from the store it just sits there loading profile indefinitely and when i hit bot config i get that error come up and it does as i have said in the previous post it only happens with PB all the other bots work fine
Same problem as #105's .ProfessionBuddy is always loading profile.After clicking "bot config",it shows the same prompt.

I am noticed that you are getting errors from the brodie mans plugin...nothing else in the log shows any errors. [15:25:35.527 D] Plugin TheBrodieMan's Compendium threw an exception in 'Pulse'! Exception: try disabling it and then see if it still gives the error you experienced. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
Also, people who are having issues with the error when hitting bot config. It seems there are a lot of people experiencing this problem. I myself cannot replicate it but am trying to figure out what the issue is to forward it on to the staff. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
I tried again and find that the log can't be changed if I click "bot config".So if there is something wrong with bot config,the log won't be a helpful evidence.
What is the likelihood of having Nagrand added as a possible zone? It seems to be very rich in harvestable trees. Additionally, it's got large trees, whereas I haven't seen any yet in Talador while watching it do its thing.
I actually have a nagrand profile that I never put up just due to the fact it did not seem to be better than talador. Granted there are large trees but they all seemed to be spread out and the mobs that attack you took too much time to kill. I will see about adding it in though as an option. Changes to the store policy and the way Bossland GMBH works and treats their customers/community developers led me to not pursue a business relationship with Bossland GMBH any longer.
