There's no quest flag for those treasures, so it only checks if you have the item in your bags. I'll add a check for the follower quest as well. It shouldn't be waiting for the treasure and instead it should be skipping the treasure if it's unable to find it.
It currently vendors only up to green quality items, but I might change that to include blue quality since all rare mobs drop blue quality items. There's no mail support since there's too few neutral mailboxes in Draenor.
It definitely doesn't move on when collecting the Abu'Gar items. It just sits there: Code: Goal: InteractWith-v1997: In Progress (no associated quest) Interacting with MobId(233642), Unknown [Ref: "WoD Treasure Hunter - Nagrand" @line 536] I would just remove that line from the profile myself, but unfortunately the store doesn't allow for that. So a timely fix on your end would be greatly appreciated.

I think the issue was with the Rooby Roo treasure. It would feed only once and stop. After doing it, everything is fine. Rooby's Roo - Wowpedia - Your wiki guide to the World of Warcraft
Seems to have issues getting Scaly Rylak Egg as it has to fight an elite with ~1M health (Avalanche) and can't handle that at low ilevel (possibly even higher ones)
I do remember the bot having issues fighting that rare on low item level toons, i'll add an avoid hook to make the bot not go near him.
Seems like the bots stuck on some kind of tree... Any particular reason for this, or anyone else ran into this "crash" of the bot?
After having watched a character try to get it again I've found another issue unrelated to you with that spot. It seems he (avalanche) is bugged as well and spawns underground. Now this doesn't cause an issue with fighting it seems as the mob fixes itself but it may cause other issues. Just something I thought might be helpful.
If you're talking about Hardened Thornvine. Then there's already a bug report open for that: "HB-2058: Tree roots in Gorgond causing Navigation issues". This should be resolved for the next update.
