      Hello,
      First, thank you for these profiles, they are very helpfull.

      I want to report you a bug on a quest that I noticed twice, on two different characters : warrior and hunter.

      The character have to go under water and take an artefact (Frozen Phylactery) but : impossible while moving. It doesn't manage to take the object. He tries to take out the water, he jumps again and again and doesn't manage to get out too.
      If I help him to get out the water, he will do the same thing : go under water...

      The quest is quest=11956 : finding-the-phylactery in the Borean Toundra

      Objectif: FlyTo-v1987: In Progress (no associated quest)
      Flying to 'Finding the Phylactery' (<3593.267, 3643.87, 36.30103>)
      [Ref:"[Fly][A - Quest] 68-80 [Kick] ($Rev: 3932 $)" @line 3510]

      Best regards.
      Have Fun

      Hi, Franck202,

      We can take no action on this. The log is partial and doesn't contain enough information to act on. If you would like us to investigate an issue, please be certain to attach a full log.

      From the little snippet you're showing us, your Honorbuddy installation is damaged in a fashion that is most likely causing the probem. Specifically, you are using third-party components that are seriously damaged and interfering with proper Honorbuddy installation. You should do a "clean install" of Honorbuddy as described here:

      cheers,

      What do you mean by "third-party components" ? Plugins ?

      Best regards

      Hi again, Franck202, and thank you for the full log.

      We've got a number of things going on here.

      First, your selected Combat Routine has problems when questing. You should go back to Singular if you want to Quest.

      Second, your LootaRang plugin is constantly throwing exceptions in a manner that interferes with Honorbuddy operation:
      [19:27:09.822 D] Plugin Loot A Rang threw an exception in 'Pulse'! Exception:
      [19:27:09.822 D] System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
      at LootARangPlugin.Main.goLoot() in d:\Jeux\Honorbuddy\Plugins\LootARang\LootARang.cs:line 82
      at LootARangPlugin.Main.Pulse() in d:\Jeux\Honorbuddy\Plugins\LootARang\LootARang.cs:line 58
      at Styx.Plugins.PluginWrapper.Pulse()
      ...<tons more of these exact errors>...

      If you notice, this is happening even though the Plugin is disabled:
      [15:48:20.484 N] Installed plugins
      [15:48:20.484 N] Anti Drown - Disabled
      [15:48:20.484 N] Combat Puller - Disabled
      [15:48:20.484 N] DrinkPotions - Disabled
      [15:48:20.484 N] Loot A Rang - Disabled
      [15:48:20.484 N] Questhelper - ItemForAura - Enabled
      [15:48:20.484 N] Refreshment Detection - Enabled
      [15:48:20.484 N] Tidy Bags 3.6 Reloaded - Disabled
      [15:48:20.484 N] UltiBuffer - Disabled

      This is one of several reasons we ask you to remove (or stop streaming) of third-party components. "Disabling" is obviously not sufficient for poorly-written third-party contributions.

      After going back to Singular, and disabling third-party components, if you still have issues please show us a fresh log.

      cheers,
      chinajade
