As ive said u need to contact hb support about this bud. There is nothing we can do We dont have that type of admin rights.
Hi, Just wanted to let you know that I requested a refund for this. I've bought it yesterday and somehow expected more from it. I already have quite a lot similar profiles, it's a shame there's no profile list you can go through before buying the package. I also had quite a few issues getting stuck running some of the profiles. The Pre-WOD dungeon profiles only work so and so, bot stops, runs into and off things it shouldn't and etc... Now you would have asked me to send me my logfile, you would (hopefully) have fixed the issues and that's great. But, I'm not gonna pay 75€ for a product that isn't finished to at least an AFK degree. If I need to note all the spots to blacklist, I might as well just make my own profile. All in all, it's (becoming?) a nice collection, maybe even more so if you are just starting out and haven't got existing profiles or made your own, but just not worth the 75€ for me.
You expect us to be more specific when you yourself won't be specific? What profiles etc? And yes, post a log. Don't complain and call the kettle black when you yourself won't leave specifics. We have had great reports about our profiles but I cannot help but ask what profiles you had issues with. Instead of saying "too many to list" do us a favor and be specific. You expect us to give a list but you won't? Can you see the irony here?
I think I was fairly polite in my post and just wanted to let you know why I asked for a refund. To ask 75€ for these profiles and then have the users report errors is paid beta testing and I don't like paying for what I think isn't a release worthy product. You act all defensive, but there's no need for that, so just chill. I clearly stated that the product wasn't what I expected and that I feel the price is too high for what I get. That is my personal opinion which does not need further clarification. Last comment from me about this...
Yes sometimes new profiles have errors. Its the nature of the beast. What does work on our machines may not work on yours. Due to error or latency or mesh. And i feel we DEFINITLy go above and beyond when it comes down to helping out users who have issues Aka with the new uber gold farm ive been workin on and foghting with it works flawless on my machine but via the stream 2 of 6 users cannot afkit at all One of them 2 we had to fight woth his mesh folder not updating for 2 days. And once we got that working he is running pff a vliff and dying now.... does my machine do that? Nope Oyher users toon is ungodly slow for some reason taking over 9 minutes per run... w 630 i lvl... vs my 550 ilvl does it in under 8. He is getting stuck on the endless loop. Anther prime instance the week have 2 reports zg isnt working for one or the other it only does both. But when i look at code its enterdungeon,if u do not have this mount go kill this guy if u do not have that mount go farm that guy.... but i guess a couple users have issue with it not completeing tasks like that. Swift strider profile. The navigation hangs at heading to dungeon.... in the code there is NO reason for it to hang. But it does. So breaking its navigation down again and gonna see what happens. Raven lord not enter enter dungeon navigation on zone entry people say it dosnt enter dungeon or set the zone. Except it works 100 % on my local maching. This is all along side of things like blizzard or hb breaking profiles. We do our very best to get them updated in a timely manner. But look at bone collectors as the case study. With patch it broke the bone turn in. No biggie wrote a task to fix the error. Oh look the very next week either hn changed or blizz had another patch that rebroke it. Few weeks ago there was a paych that broke a number of pre wod raids. They were full afk now do not work at all... Far as blackspots. Inly place u would need to blackspot is in wod. And half of the places that most people want to blackspot are honestly nodes. And u dont balckspot a node gb2 had some serious issues tight now. Its a ptime reason we anre not making new profiles for it. Tis the life we lead. Its a constant battle agaist the elements to keep things tunning proper.
You expect any less from me? Ofcourse I will defend our products. We put many hours into these projects and to just rub it off as just a complaint is not something I am privy to. I like specifics so I can fix the issues at hand. I am not a fan of people who just complain about the price of the product and leave nothing more but a complaint. If you cannot see over the ledge, don't spit in the water.
Heh we dont put high gold profiles in freebies bud. If i was a client i would punch myself in crotch if i did that while yelling something about.. try...to...get...me....banned...willl...you....
Mizar, I understand where you're coming from wanting something to be afkable. However, what Rev was saying is true unfortunately. It's just the nature of HB. I stopped releasing my own profiles because of it. I spent a ton of hours making profiles and getting them running perfectly on my computer and then i would get complaints all day about them not working with some users and then no issues with others. I buy most of my profiles now even though i could make them because it's worth it to me not to spend the time to get them running well. Good luck to you.
LOL so your in same boat as everyone zhzhyychch LOLOL Half of programing for HB is trial and error because of a lack of documentation. especially when it comes to profile making. Swift strider fixed raven lord fixed Nav Fix'd Correct dungeons checked ZG was no error on our part not sure what issue was. Up next naming pathology Ashran and a couple tweaks to some box's new gold farm tweaks and fix's File Structure Overhaul. So if everything stays on cource i will be pushing update tomarrow (with a very shiney new gold farm and file structure) holler if i missed something peoples
Reviir, I think what whiti meant was to get rid of the freebie profiles that occupy some of the 2MB cap in your €75 profile pack. Since that free profiles pack is available for download on the HB store (for free), anyone that want's those profiles can get them already...there's no need to bundle it in with the rest of the premium/paid profiles. Eliminating the free profiles would free up space to include some more premium profiles, like Gatherit's Bone Collector SE Nagrand (https://www.thebuddyforum.com/thebu...-bone-collector-se-nagrand-2.html#post1933218)
That's up there with an all flight paths profile for the best news I've heard all day! Once that's done, I'm pretty sure I'll be pulling the trigger on this €75 profile pack. Thanks for keeping us in the loop Gatherit.
Just wanted to throw out that although the steamwheedle profile is great for that rep, it is also pretty effective at farming for ironhide bulls and wolf alphas for savage blood. I am using itsatrap and the two work great together. A little bonus from Omation.
