I do short "Idle" tasks every half hour or so for long AFK botting. And does ANYONE know why HBRelog keeps @^$!ing skipping WAIT tasks? This is getting really irritating. Here is the relevant portion of the log:
Thanks. I'll give that a try. Food for thought. I stop using the plug in for HB Relog Helper. Seems to have solved the problem and was probably out dated anyway. For anyone else that might of had that problem.
Hello, is it normal that I can't find the .exe in the zip or SVN ? It's just not there, I don't understand. Sorry if my questions is really silly. Edit: Nevermind found it
My HBRelog exits WoW entirely each time it hits the "Logon" task, is this normal? Shouldn't it just logout and switch characters rather than exiting the game to switch characters on the same account?
This is normal. It's to avoid some issues that can crop up with HBrelog being attached to a WoW process that is no longer on the original character.
The only downside to relog is the lack of a logout to save files and settings / datastore changes in-game. If you do need datastore changes, ie for storing details about mail between alts, auctions posted, bank/guild content, achievements earned, etc. implement a /reload in your profile before switching characters to save data files. I believe it's the only way to flush file storage and save files in memory. I don't believe a zone change or a force close, saves the data at all, not in a few years of experience with relogging.
Wont send password or resize or set the screen where i tell it to. if i manually put in the password it says connecting then says i misspelled the character but it isn't misspelled. windows 8.1 log below. Your width is 1341+640 total, which is a total of 1981 pixels... a strange number. What resolution you running on the monitor you want it on? If its less than 1920 do you want it stretched off screen? What happens when you try a starting point of 0,0 with the same 640X260? The aspect ratio you have for the window is that same as 1920X1080 so I suspect that is at least right. There is also that last option (resize blah blah) that I've never gotten to do anything. Perhaps play with that too. Still no one seems to have a solution for this. I was thinking, however, of trying something else instead. A lot more work, much more complicated, but perhaps a temp work around. Instead of using "Wait", which seems bugged, Ill have a Parent profile that uses "Idle" (which seems to work correctly). Basically it start and stop other profiles with that "Idle" task being used as the timer instead of "Wait". Something like: Start Profile1 Idle 20 minutes Stop Profile1 Start Profile2 Idle 20 minutes etc etc. The parent profile wouldn't ever actually do anything. It is always on Idle timers. It just starts and stops other profiles in between each idle period. Would be a lot more annoying, and pollute my HBRelog list with tons and tons of profiles but at the end of the day the results are what matter. BTW, anyone know a good way to Re-Order my HBrelog profiles? Only thing off the top of my head is editing the configuration file. Anyone tried this? I'll take a look when I get home.
I still cant get HBRelog to run always getting stuck on entering the password. I've tried the other Dll and still nothing.
Hi, i searched all forum, but didint find anything, can some one help me with this? i need to tell the relog to skip current task, in questing bot. after the profile ended. tried: <Custom Code="HBRelog.SkipCurrentTask(HBRelog.CurrentProfileName);" /> in profile, with hbrelog plugin on, but didint work... any help ? thanks!
Not sure what I am doing wrong, I have tried different ways of making this happen. What I want to happen. Profile 1 starts, logs on to my character in my main account. Runs Honorbuddy. I have a wait, and then it logs onto the second Character in my main account. Then a wait and start a second HBRelog profile which is a secondary WoW account. Profile 2 starts, logs on to my character in my secondary account. Runs Honorbuddy, I have a wait, then it logs back into Profile 1. I have tried putting in tasks to stop profile at different sections in teh task list, but I cannot get it to work like I want to. When I try it, I either get both running within a few minutes of each other, not consecutively like I am trying to, or they run and shut down and never swap profiles. Can anyone help me with this.
Here is what I would suggest. HBRelog Profile 1 - Starts with Account 1 Character 1A GarrisonBuddy Wait 1 Start Profile 2 Wait 20 Stop Profile 1 HBRelog Profile 2 - Starts With Account 2 Character 2A GarrisonBuddy Wait 20 Start Profile 3 Wait 1 Stop Profile 2 HBRelog Profile 3 - Starts With Account 1 Character 1B GarrisonBuddy Wait 1 Start Profile X wait 20 Stop Profile 3 I hope this helps you out.
Copy the file in this post to "[Drive]:\Path\To\Honorbuddy\Quest Behaviors" Then you can use this line in your quest profile: PHP: <CustomBehavior File="HBRelogSkip" /> Edit: Added the original post I meant to quote
can someone help me with a question about hbrelog. im trying to have the relogger change from one hbrelog profile to another hbrelog profile when it finishes the first. Is this possible? i tried Stop HBrelog profile then Start HBrelog profile. Tried just plain ole Start HBrelog profile. No luck. the former doesnt ever restart the second after stopping the first and the latter just battles back and forth as they dc eachother from trying to log in over one another. What am i missing?

This would stop the profile then... Nothing, it's stopped. This would work, the second profile would start and launch WoW. But at the same time, the original profile would loop back to the beginning and launch a new WoW session also. You need to start the second profile and then stop the first profile. Profile 1 should look like this: Wait (However long it takes to complete whatever it's doing) Start HBRelog Profile (Start Profile 2) Stop HBRelog Profile (Stop Profile 1) I sometimes find that HBRelog doesn't successfully stop the first profile so I add a small wait then try stopping it again. Wait (1 min) Stop HBRelog Profile (Profile 1)
Is there any possibility to run HBRelog with different chars (yes) AND different combat routines instead of all singular? So, Account 1 Char 1 load CC Routine A /hunter (tuanha f.e.) Wait 10min Login Account 1 Char 2 load CC Routine B /mage (portal f.e.) Wait 10min Login Acc 1 Char 3 load CC Routine C /paladin (tuanha f.e.) Because I tried to create different HBRelog Profiles ending with the Tasks: "Start HBRelog Profile Char 2" and "Stop HBRelog Profile Char 1" - but it seems to ignore the Stop order, resulting in opening two WoW's and HB's. ....
The way i manage this is: Profile 1 - Fillout Char/Bot/Profile/CR Logon Wait 10 Start Profile 2 Wait 2 Profile 2 - Fillout Char/Bot/Profile/CR Stop Profile 1 Wait 10 Start Profile 3 Wait 2 And in the last profile rahter than have Start Profile X, just have Stop Profile Y
