HB ARCHIVES: DungeonBuddy--DO NOT DELETE

CRs make all the difference..singular is generally always the better option for afk farming, no where near the best dps or healing output, but by far most likely to fail..

In saying that I use taunha paid CRs for all my bots, but his cr has built in afk mode.

A lot of routines are for raiding only, provide the best dps or hPs output, but fail to negotiate anything else..
Don't get me wrong pure rotation is what you want for raiding, but not for afk botting

How do I get the profiles and scripts for MoP raids? They're not available in any of the folders.

Pre-WoD raids are not supported. It takes hours to queue for them nowadays, which makes testing repairs impractical.

We just got through running Magister's Terrace several times without a hitch. (Except for the expected deaths encountered due to the slight undergearing of our party). Thus, we must conclude the problem is with your Honorbuddy installation or configuration.

Without a log, we maintain the problem is on your end. It is up to you to prove otherwise (with a log that captures the problem event).

Alas, the log you've attached does not illustrate the problem you describe. Our first recommendation would be to disable streaming for the boatload of third-party products you've got installed, and see if the problem remains.

If you manage to get a log that captures the problem, please feel free to post again.

The feature request for Blackrock Foundry is prioritized into the master Issues list that the development team works against. A part of this list is the "Issues & Dispositions" in the second post of a Release thread. We also make the current status available as part of the front matter of this thread. The development staff does not give out ETAs for when they think a particular issue will be addressed.

If you do not feel you can wait for the 'official' versions of the script for this raid, you are more than free to roll your own solution. DungeonBuddy is an open architecture designed specifically for this purpose. You can find several examples in the .../Honorbuddy/Dungeon Scripts/Dungeon Scripts/Warlords of Dreaenor/ directory.

In the section you titled "Quests needed to unlock particular dungeons are shown in the table below:" the dungeons "Well of Eternity" & "Hour of Twilight". You have them listed as MoP dungeons when they are from Cata.

 

Is it possible to change what instance/raid Dungeonbuddy queues for through ProfessionBuddy?

 

Quick question, I see several places that refers to "Advanced Mode" - but I cannot for the life of me find this option. Where do I enable it?

 

After killing the last boss of Shado Pan Monastery dungeon, the bot never loots the last chest. It bugs for months, I never thought to write it to the site but it seems it effect GPH a lot. The looted gold + items worth around 90-110g and if the bot gets twice this dungeon per hour, it makes 200 less gph. Which means 4500~ less gold per day and 135k less gold per month.

I formatted my computer and used many VM's and many different HB versions while observing this bug. I don't have the log atm but i can provide it. Just don't know if it's a common bug or not. The bot refuses to run to the chest at the end of the dungeon and stays on the dead boss.

 

So whats with the fps drops and spikes in Dungeon Buddy now. Especially on heroic mode. For some reason when I am on a boss it freezes then catches up by the time it does they are dead from the AOE or something. lol

 

Blackrock Foundary is not support at this time.

Bigger and Redder Next Time. And just come out and say it. It wont be supported cause the movement mechanics with BRF are nuts. I dont blame you honestly would be a nightmare to code the boss encounters. Oncoming trains tile moving and starting on fire. Giant stamping presses just craziness!

No it's not. Every raid has its bit of craziness but they've done all the LFR's so far and I'm sure they can tackle this one...albeit they are taking their sweet ass time for something we paid for.

 

Yeah imagine the bot cant do everything in the game for that whole 25 euros you paid. Tough times bro.

 

I've always looked at it as we paid for the HB core and the botbase. Hell, when I bought HB, DungeonBuddy didn't even exist. Highvoltz started it as a community project.
The DB botbase was rolled into HB core. The scripts that are available are provided gratis as a bonus.
You want a script for a certain scenario/dungeon/raid - make one. Or pay somebody to do it for you.

I am curious now, can we provide custom scripts through the Buddy Store?

 

Is there any way to make the bot ignore coin roll and just instantly leave the group after having looted the last boss?

Let's be VERY clear... you did not pay for BRF. You paid for what was shipped with the bot when you bought it (which OBVIOUSLY did NOT include BRF support).

WHEN we get BRF scripted, it will be a our free gift to the Community (as it always is).

You can script BRF yourself, if you don't want to wait for the official version. In the mean time, you should lose that miserable and wrong entitlement mentality.

DungeonBuddy does not have coin mechanics built in. In the front matter of this thread, there is a reference to Nuok's LuckyDo plugin you can install. It may have the functionality you seek.

We're unclear to what you are referring. The only thing that comes to mind is in the DungeonBuddy settings, under the Common tab, there is a group of options labelled as "Advanced".
