Blizzard is clearly seeing your bot. Hundreds of bans, maby thousands. Even the most careful among us. What an awful day. Edit: my stance has changed. Bossland did their best. Win some lose some. We won way more over the years.

 

Indeed... my friend only used Εnyo and nothing more..and got banned too...I feel awful cause I introduced him to botting 1 month ago..This ban is clearly a bot detection and not a user mistake

 

Lol even if it is, not in anyway bossland's fault. Everybody knows the risk, botting is against the EULA and if you do it, you chance getting banned. It's the life of a person that chooses to use a program to play the game, you always live with that risk.

 

Yes it does seem like it... Don't want to be another one crying out "we're all doomed", but... there does seem to be quite a few who were only esporadically playing, and only with enyo at those times.

 

This. Just lost my 10 years account but we all know the risk when we do botting. It is not Bossland's fault.

 

Agreed, my account of 5-6 years got banned for 6 months as well, I just smirked and went about uninstalling. I guess I'm not as invested as many others, sure, but we all knew the risk.

 

It sucks, but all knew the risks. It is detected now.

 

This my first time account banned for 6 month. blizz must have third warden son they hidden.
many many people must be banned too and lost alot subscriptions, so he get less money.
Anyways i wont come back to blizzard game cuz too old wow game. i love play hard now they made more easier for noob people.
after my acc unbanned then i sell those account.

Yes this is a banwave and boss land did get caught. There is no doubting this one and no tin foil hat, blizzard posted they banned the bots blue post sticky front page.


Now for the kicker, My bot account haven't botted for about a month they didnt get a ban! Only my account and GF's have botted in the last two weeks, i botted garrison and she used to it to raid 3 times for 2 hour in the last 3 weeks.
Both accounts banned,

 

Recently came back to wow 3 days ago after a 5 month break. Bought 14 months of game time, botted the garrison and used Enyo a few times. 3 hours total? Not banned. Yet.


If your banned just uninstall and move on with life guys!

 

I got tagged with a 6 mo on both main account and an alt account, with the main account being around for nearly 10 years. My reaction was surprisingly about the same as yours... I knew the risk, and now I get to do the time, and I'm really ambivalent about it. Happily it wasn't permanent, so we should just count ourselves lucky that this major warning was the option they chose rather than complete closure.

My use of the bot was only during raids with Enyo. Bossland didn't fail us, use of automation has always been a ticking timebomb. Sooner or later Blizzard gets more clever than the makers of the bot, and this happens. Always has.

oh well! hope you like your lose of revenue blizz! At least the new Gutiar Hero is coming out this year! Time to get re-addicted!

 

Of course it is their fault. We know the risks, but their product failed us by becoming detectable. What ever they use for safety was compromised, and thousands of us are paying dearly.

i had three bots running. lost two. all of your claims hb is detected, youre full of it. sorry. go cry in your mommas apron.

just because you feel your ban is unfair, you have no right to come to the forums and blame others. there are way too many people still running for your claims have no merit.

just a month ago this same thing happened. enyo and garrison bots were spanked. you knew the risk. you have seen it happen in the past. live with your choices and move on.

if you gave half a shit about your account, you would have stopped botting last month. if you continued to bot and are now here complaining you need to know, you are not a special snowflake. you cannot swim without getting wet.

 

Hahahaa you kno what is funny guys? it's that like 1 week ago , I opened a thread saying that blizzard had a way to detect HB , even post a part of the mail they sent me , and a developer just said that I was the troll and he closed the thread!!!!! Who is the trolll now?!! I TOLD YOU!

 

And I don't really care about my ban and wow , just saying that they can find you and ban you
