if you did not get a 1 time warning e-mail then Blizz is in violation of there own policy. I have listed it below. Also a suspension can only be for a max of 14 days NOT 6 months..

      Suspension policy:
We suspend an account when we find the user has violated one of our in-game policies. Depending on the severity of the violation, suspensions can range in duration from three hours to 14 days, during which the account will not be available for play. When a suspension expires, access will be restored automatically. Visit our in-game policies article for more information.

      Ban Policy:
My account is banned We ban accounts when we find the user has repeatedly or grossly violated one of our in-game policies. A banned account is permanently closed and cannot be accessed for play. We will usually send a final warning message and apply a suspension to users in danger of an account ban. If this warning is ignored, we will permanently close the offending account.

They can not BAN unless they have sent you a warning e-mail fist.

Just might be some info for some people with more knowledge about policies to look into..

before i waste my time typing an essay as to why your wrong only to be overlooked, i suggest you acutally read their ToS and what you agreed to when you started playing.

What I really read and agreed to was over 9 years go.. But what I just scrolled down and hit accept too is something different. Side note Blizz could put a timer on the end user agreement to a 1,000 words a min (fastest reader ever is 1,000 words a min.).. But if there is something in there please share so we do not give false hope .

Depending on the severity of the crime, you don't always get a warning. If you get caught speeding, you might be told to slow down or you could get a ticket. If you murder someone, they don't give you a warning that you can't do it again.

The warnings are usually for people who use racist language in chat or other stuff like that. Minor things. Botting is not minor. It's a huge crime. Therefore, they aren't going to give warning to people when you already agreed that you wouldn't bot by accepting their terms.
