      I don't want to be "That Guy" but are refunds possible? I just re-subbed 2 days ago and now that my account is terminated I wouldn't mind my money back. I know people will flame me for not wanting to support honorbuddy but the frustration of the ban wave makes me want to refund everything I've ever spent on WoW.

      honestly, resubbed 2 days ago, they might go for it. but if they dont, its not because they are cheating, no good bastards. its because they are super busy trying to fix our beloved bot. something they have years invested in is getting stomped and they need time to figure out why.

      you may have to eat the D on this one. but who know. shoot them an email and hope for the best. gl

      Of course I will but since I only received 24 hours of the actual product I feel a refund would be fair. I'm not abandoning honorbuddy once so ever.

      i ran out and bought a few battlechests earlier before the resellers had a chance to raise the price and start gouging.

      I would like to add that I have filed a dispute on the payment, however, it's simply between me and bossland and I do not intend to escalate to a paypal claim. Hopefully he sees it :(

      Dick move doing that, that still leaves a mark on the merchant account. You should have taken the advice and emailed them.

      No only that, but disputing payments in this fashion puts you on a 'blacklist' with the payment processor. You will never be able to do business with anyone that payment processor (Gate2shop) services again. Its pretty much equivalent to putting yourself on an internal 'fraud' list.

      Its always best to try to resolve things directly with the company, first.

      once the dust settles, I feel user that brought HB with in the last few days, Might get a refund.. on goof faith not because they are required to...


      However if you have been using HB for months/years there is nothing you should be getting a refund for..

      I cant see HB coming back from this, RIP HB 04/14/2015

      its hard to tell people your intention was not to defraud a company when you chargeback first, ask questions second.

      I don't think you quite understand how paypal disputes work. There's 2 levels of a dispute. The first level is between you and the buyer that allows you to communicate between you and the company in which you filed the dispute to. Right now Bossland can issue a full refund or reply to my dispute. Paypal will not get involved unless escalated to a level 2 dispute which indicates a resolution was not found between you and the provider.

      well I hope so. I def want to use hb again once its fixed but I also just bought 2 keys.. 1 not even a full week ago and another about 2 days ago =/ heres to hoping right.
