Thanks to the team of HB happy days in WoW, the ability to walk in the raid) I get banned for 6 months. And my thought is now as follows - if the HB does not restore its performance and safety of the game, the World of Warcraft makes no sense at all. I would like to know how many disabled user accounts? I guess at least 15% of the users of WoW) Blizzard sawed the branch of a tree on which sits. And I see user reviews HB, which, without your program will never go back to WoW. Blizzard made a great folly!

Well suprise, Blizz just refunded my accounts. Sent them a ticket saying that due to the ban, I will no longer be playing.

Refunded for subscriptions you pre-paid, say 6 months for non botted accounts or botted? All of my accounts have pre-paid six month subs as I always forget to up their game time manually .. thought about emailing / ticket for getting refund on the prorated difference between amount able to be "played" aka botted and the remainder of the six month pre paid subscriptions.

Actually it does affect them. What they don't realize (but will soon in the not too distant future) is that it affects them for the better for the most part. When WoW AH prices skyrocket because there is no supply to match their demand, they will throw a temper tantrum like a 2 year old to Blizzard. The reality is the only group of wow players that were affected in a bad way (from their perspective) were PvP players.

not true alot of botters just enjoyed leveling without having to do it by hand not hurting a dam soul just getting max level characters. so its hurts more ways then one but like everyone said blizz will realize there is more to getting rid of botters then you think and it will hurt them more in the long run. Ive read so many people saying screw it im done along with myself. Now thats millions of dollars blizz wont get from mounts blizz store and game time so maybe blizz knows there game is slowly about to die and they want people to enjoy whats left while it last.

Court rulings are generally open to the public. I'm sure if HB gave out our account information A) We'd have heard about it and B) Blizzard would have dropped the case. neither of those things occured.

Okay so they finally responded to me with this:
This is the latest response from Customer Support:
      Hey there,

I understand you're chatting with us today about the recent six month suspension applied to your account.

Taking a look at things, it does look like the correct action was taken here. =/

While I know that it's a bummer that you won't have access to the WoW account until November, you do still have access to all other Blizzard games, and your standing in those has not been changed.

Also keep in mind that normally botting actions like these are full closures, and we're making an exception here to only suspend the accounts, even though the suspension is a big one. For more information about the ban, there should have been an email sent to your address, and then we also have a forum post about the suspensions here: us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/17347095985.

I cannot provide specifics in regards to our reviewing processes, or how our in-game records are reviewed. However, I can say we take a very harsh stance toward any exploitation that takes place within World of Warcraft. Specifically, any program that automates gameplay, commonly referred to as a “Bot” or “hack” program is something that can cause this type of suspension. You can review more information about this on our support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/exploitation-policy.

They can not! But for as long as no one steps up, takes this to a lawyer and goes public with it - they simply get away with it.

It may have already been posted in this thread. but if you have gametime paid for whether it be through game token or sub, it will continue to run through the length of the suspension.

I'm Game Master Ophmeht and I got your ticket about the game time on the account while the account is suspended. I do have some information for you.

I took a look into this to see what was going on. After checking, while the account is banned the game time isn't removed. The time will run out as normal. I apologize but this game time is forfeit due to the suspension so we won't be able to get that time back either.

I apologize about the news on this though I did check the account to make sure that we won't at least charge you real money for game time either. I didn't see a payment so at least we will not charge you real money. It never hurts to contact us about anything, so if another issue arises, please let us know and we will be happy take a look for you.

      If anything, I hope you'll have a good day/night!

Lol here's the response I got on unlocking my wife's account, which has never once been used to bot or even been played on my computer.

      Caosharr Customer Service Representative
Thank you for your follow-up contact. An additional review of the previously communicated action taken against your account has been completed. Unfortunately, we have confirmed our initial findings. I will be putting your account up for another review but at this time the suspension will remain in place.

We base all of our actions on the severity of the violation, and take previous violations into consideration. This action has been taken in accordance with the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use) and our In-Game Policies (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/20309) which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to participation.

Unfortantly in there user agreement it states that they have the right to bann you for any reason they see fit i think thats bullshit and i think they have a method to detect all the botters how they got it i have my beliefs but they hold your balls in there hand they dont give a shit and they made millions if not billions fromt his game they are set to dive into somthing new so they dont care if they loose a few million worth from botters.

This isn't really news. It says several times in the ToS that you forfeit any game time you may have had purchased in the case of a ban or suspension.

My account renewed the same morning I was banned and I had purchased the new mount 15 minutes before my main account was banned. I politely contacted blizzard and asked for a refund for both the mount and my monthly fee, and they refunded both. They said the mount wasn't a problem, but usually subscription fees were never refunded. Because I had just barely renewed, they'd give me a refund this time.

In EU, Blizz offers a pro-rated refund policy for subscriptions. At least it says they do in the ToS.

As I posted above, they refunded my sub on all 4 accounts that got banned, which later got unbanned. I however did tell them that due to the recent activity that I will no longer be playing, at which point they promptly refunded the sub(s) that I had already played.

I can only speculate that my ban was for calling Daish a paedophile in a raid.
