Gatherbuddy 1.7.5.3 - Repair fixes, Russian support and some Vash'jir support added.

So, for the second time in two days, my char has died while in vashjir and consequently logged off and closed wow, and when i log it back in, it is dead and in the barrens.

The first time i figured this was just some sort of wow problem, but now its happened a second time, both being when i need to repair, it must be something to do with the bot.

I have no idea why its attempting to fly nearly 8 thousand yards for a repair, or where its trying to go to, but my hearthstone is set to booty bay.

I was unable to determine if the paladin issue was acknowledged as a bug or not but I wanted to add that mine only presses button 6 .

 

Bot flies to the node, it wants to collect but can not because it is in battle, stands on the site of the battle does not go, so stayed half an hour then had to restart everything manually

I've got problems with the return to patrol area. It heartstones to BB - walks to the flightmaster, waits, mounts up and thinks it's already in Twilight Hilands!

 

Curious if this is bot related cause i get it on all my GB bots none on my HB bots. The odd thing is that it occurs randomly over the 9 GB bots i run

Got a problem on my Goblin Deathknight,
When i load GB it says this :
Character is a level 81 Alliance DEATHKNIGHT.

Wich causes trouble on mail/repair runs as it tries to interact with the alliance FP's and vendors.
Not sure if this was reported before but here goes !

 

is it a bug that we have to use bar 1 not bar 3? and is it being looked at at all? and why does the bot try to repair on a anvil in uldum (on tony's udlum profile) when the better choice would be another fp .. like ramkahen.

 

I was having this issue when using Bartender and BigbarrelBars, both mods seem to make it so all bars act as bar one. As soon as i removed them (im just using ExtraBars mod now) i no longer have that bs issue of having to use macros on bar1.

 

im lvl 83 botting in twilight highlands. if i want to use the repair / mailing function do i need to be lvl 84 and did the first bit of starting quests to open the main base up? i remember it use to fly to arathi highlands to mail and repair so if it does that until im 84 that would be nice

 

why would there be a change now after botting over 2 years and countless updates and revisions of gatherbuddy and wow that has worked with the add ons ( i know they should have been turned off in the first place) but ran for that long before a problem presented it self and yet you say use another less pleasing add on and frankly ugly to me. and i would rather fight with 2 sets of buttons on bar 1 and 2 if that was the case or see if hawker or the bartender 4 add on can be tweaked for my needs.

 

I too have the same problem I have a goblin shaman h2

and when I log to Gb logs tell me this is a shaman alliance

he'll see the NPC alliance then it is a h2: s

 

Had that as well when I used one gatherbuddy folder for 2 characters. I've now got one gatherbuddy folder for each char to use and it has not happened since.

Edit: Wops. This was regarding GB being reset with blank username/password sometimes.

 

Hawker , When there is a normal version without bugs =), the previous version of Ito was better than this ...

 

you can fix this temporarly by buffing the toon manually with blessing and seal before starting the bot. after that it should work properly, rebuffing itself.

 

as i read your and my post i decided to look into what has happened with this issue and found the author of the add-on turned it in to a tickable feature called actionbar paging so now the bars can be pages as they were intended by wow with out the add-on

So you can use Bartender4 and just go in to options bar1 tab over to state configuration and click or check ActionBar paging and its back the way it was..


as for Hawker: yeah there is something removing the login when a crash or dc occurs..so it wont show in a log it just states a crash or disconnection when it happens not a problem just a annoyance.

Gold0001: its stable must be your end or your settings i have had only 2 crashes and both were sticking issues in wow..
