Uh... so sacrifice the good of the many for the want of the few? Makes no sense at all. Suck it up, move along. There is nothing to see here.

Only Arenas have been disabled. NOT BG's. You seem to have missed so many posts the past few days which specifically state just that.

It has been stated over and over that BGs are just fine. Only Arenas have been disabled as they have never been supported by Honorbuddy at all. If you have purchased stuff recently, you may be able to contact the Honorbuddy team and the MAY provide you with a refund as they have stated. There has not been any ignoring as there have been literally hundreds of posts on this same exact "read it" problems which so many think their situation is the only one like that.

I feel obliged to comment in this tread because the self entitlement is strong with this one.
The way I see it the buddy team can focus on what ever they want as it's their program. We might be users but we have no right to demand what focus it takes unless the developers only ask for suggestions and even then it should be mature not dribble.
If you're really that unhappy then stop using the product as I'm sure you have got your worth out of it. Oh and before you claim you didn't and you got banned you knew the risks and took that plunge.

It seems to me, in my own observations, that it's been the PvP crowd that's blown up about this very subject the most. If they would realize that HB NEVER actually supported arena in the first place. People just found a loophole to make it work in the arena. Sure, the HB team overlooked it the whole time because nothing was being done about it by Blizzard. Those that didn't, and possible did, use a bot in the arena started complaining more and more on the official WoW forums, stuff happened between Blizzard and HB, decisions were made based on things we don't know about, and Blizzard dropped the banhammer on HB users, specifically. We can speculate all day long that it was this, or that, or this group, or that group, but in all honesty no one knows what went down causing the targeted ban. But, since the ban and the release of the "new" HB with the now disabled arenas, it's been those that PvP in the arena that have made the biggest fuss about something that technically had been happening since 2010, as stated by Bossland (or some of the other higher up, I don't remember). They just closed the loophole so that it wouldn't be exploited anymore. I don't PvP at all, unless forced to, but I still say that HB made a good decision in stopping it from being used in the ARENA. When you go against opponents like that in 2s, 3s, or 5s it's really easy to spot those using a bot, and HB really didn't need that much attention. You can look on YouTube and see thousands of videos of arena botting, instant interrupting, and even BG bot trains. Personally, I'd say remove the capability of using any AFK botting in BGs and RBGs, and remove arena capability completely. Just get rid of the PvP aspects in general, or make it so that you have to use manual movement, CCs, and interrupts. Just my opinion, and this is coming from someone who loathes PvP, is terribad at it, and could care less about it in any game whatsoever.
