So i was planning on using this bot on a new account that i was going to create with a new email however i have a main account that i have been using for 2 years now but do not want to get that compromised so my question is this If i am using the bot on a different account with the bot, on the same computer, with the same ip address of course am i essentially putting my main account in danger? another question, i have a desktop that is hard wired connected to the modem and a laptop that connects via wifi, if i botted on a new account on my laptop am i still in danger with the situation i have mentioned above? thanks again guys!
What I do is that I bot on my laptop, through a VPN (These come fairly cheap). I doubt Blizzard would ban both accounts if they found out, even if you were on the same IP, but I feel that a VPN is a small precaution that potentially could save my main account. If you do it on the same computer, chances are that Blizzard could tie the two accounts together pretty easily, however, the only one who can give you a 100% accurate answer to this is Blizzard.
They wont ban your other account. My main account got perm banned, they didnt touch my other accounts that ive been botting on and still are botting on. They will ban that specific account, not everyone thats connected to the same router as you
