It will kill something, go loot. Then think about what it is going to do upwards to about 10s then continue on its way. Bot usually has about 400-500 K/PH its currently getting 250. I have never had that happen and it is just sitting there for almost 20 seconds...That is not something that is normal.
So wouldnt something like this be considered a bug or a fault in the program? What has been added that would make the bot now take longer to do stuff? Programs usually get better with time, not worse, at least that is how they are suppose to work.
its loading large mesh files, the only thing that can speed it up is if you have an ssd in some cases. but its normal behavior. and just because the profile is small does not mean it didnt and wont generate paths to NPC's for Repair and Selling.
What new happened to cause this though? Also I do have an SSD a pretty nice one too. Also when it loads mesh files why does it continue to load the same ones? How many times does it have to download it? I have had the bot running for hours now, same profile, and it continues to do this.
because its generating paths in the same area. if it needed to move elsewhere it would load a different set of meshes.
Im just trying to figure out what happened. What changed where it needs to do this all the time now? It never did this, or at least it never took this long. Im getting half the K/PH I was getting before. I usually have my bot running while I do homework or watches movies so I see what is going on and I have never seen it take breaks like it has been doing now.
I'm seeing this behaviour as well, fresh install of HonorBuddy using Singular Shadow Priest, no addons installed at all for WoW.
same thing is happening to me, even in points where it doesn't need to move very far at all. clearly hb was rushed out and there's a few major bugs (like this one, and the issues with location/movement) that weren't addressed. not trying to call out the mod or anything, but it's obvious that several ppl are suddenly having these issues and he's not really looking into it or providing us with any real information. bot is not usable for me at the moment, just gonna wait it out and hope they address these issues soon
The bot is loading the meshes slower than expected I suppose. Happened yesterday on the Buddy Treasure hunter store profiles as well. The meshes either update the local cache from the server, or the loading is slow for some reason.
Yes I have noticed this as well I thought it was me I've tried all sorts of stuff and this didn't happen few weeks ago at all, my profile is also in a pretty small area and it keeps on doing this, taking breaks between mobs/hotspots, loading draenor_ meshes all the time repeatedly, slowing it down a lot. Perhaps it's intended but honestly this didn't happen before so don't know why they would implement something to slow the bot down on purpose? edit: Also to clarify, I'm running the same profile that didn't present this type of behavior before the banwave patch, so I'm pretty sure something is wrong. and no the ssd does not help, I have a 128 and a 500gb ssd, tried on both just for the hell of it, and with rapid mode enabled at 6gb/s and like I said it wouldn't happen before the recent patch.
