@Giwin Why even have any security at all? Lets ditch tripwire too, no need, can always buy new accounts.
@djohnson92 They don't just ban. But it could be used as an argument for banning someone combined with some nice reports.
@killajosh Just because you don't doesn't mean other people don't. Everything related to your account requires you to log in, and not everyone clicks logout after they're done.

 

So do all you guys save passwords and log in info on your browser of choice? Because I don't. I also clear the history, cookies, form info, etc when I close my browser. I don't click logout, I just don't check remember me (or any variation thereof)...

 

There's only one problem with this line of thought. If I am running just the CR's and diong quests by hand on a pvp server and I get jumped, the CR is going to fight back.

 

Ya know, all of you assume that it was the pvp players that caused this. I don't believe it was. I do not believe it is because of kicks or any path anyone could be taking.

Blizzard gets thousands of complaints daily about people running a bot and even if you are not a bot you can get complaints against you and people will even accuse you of being a bot. Go figure.

IMHO the I think all Blizzard did was run a netstat -a on every computer running 32 bit wow client and send that small output to them. All that had any connection to an IP pointing to HB that looked like (TCP 192.168.0.15:49547 69.50.200.216:5001 ESTABLISHED) for example. (example is right now as i am writing this). All of the connections to this ip would then get banned since they also transmit the user account. This in it's self is not an HB detection. So again IMHO they did not and do not detect HB, they just know the ip's and did the udp/tcp connection output. Simple to script and do with no one ever knowing it is done.

Just keep the bot as it was for years. No need to change anything. Bump up security. Doing all this is letting Blizzard win. And I'm so sick of this nazi assholes winning. COME ON BOSSLAND! Show them who runs this shit!

You're right. The developers are working on the security. Do you take out features like: Arena no longer works with HB, rather than you would on the safety work to include much more demanding as the Arena...

BGs are supported. I don't expect that to change. Honorbuddy was made for PVP Honor farming.

by disable this feature wil blizzard not make them stop banning us so why disabling it?

 

Well if arena was never supported by bossland, why there are mesh-files for arena?^^

 

So Arena is disabled for Automation as in hands free? or specifically Automation in regards to Enyo/CR but still having to move around like normal.

 

Because they were already there, they just didn't care enough to remove them. I think they have been removed now.

 

I'm not sure if your trolling but I will be kind.

1. HB will not work in ANY way while inside an Arena Game.
2. You can still Arena but HB wont do a thing. It must be played by hand.

And is good PvP is only for Players whitout Bot or Combatroutine!
