I got a problem, when I get whispred (did test it from another char) so doesnt this appear on the site, I also had problem with whispering part with another plugin. But however it seems too be some generall problem with honorbuddy that makes it nonregister the whisper events, I did remove chat-cache just to be sure every setting in chat was too normal and retested, but still no luck, Anyone know what this could be cuzed of?
Let me get back to you, disabled guild chat with no dramas, just not at home now to check where I did that. G
Please please please get android support for the notifications! would love you more than I already do.
Unfortently its not up too the coders of this plugin too get it too work with android as they are comminucating with Mobile Notifications for Everything - Notifo that got an iPhone app that could speak with this service, and regarding the Android version you could sign up on this mailinglist Mobile Apps - Android - Notifo too see when Buddy will get support for Android.
This plugin is unreal. Started using it yesterday while going out shopping here and there, sitting in the other room, going to work, etc, and receiving my updates. When I received a whisper while at work that I thought might compromise me, I killed hb and wow remotely. It's wonderful. Props!
So you can see when you get a whisper? Wierd that aint working for me, what version of HB are you using? What addons to HB are you using? And last question, what Addons in Wow are you using? Full Regards
Ok so the Notifo aspect of this plugin works great. However the plugin's site, where I access screenshots and such is broken for me. Acct: Baconosaur, any help on how to fix the site not updating any info on my accounts would be appreciated.
Did anyone get this to work with notify.io or is everyone using Prowl? I'm having trouble with the set-up for n.io right now. If I can get that fixed, I think I'll be able to implement this with Android / all other phones. Get back to me, Thanks.
Make sure the un / password you used in HB are the same as the ones you enter in the site. I had this problem earlier and it was do to me entering the wrong pass on the site, but it let me on anyway.
Hey guys, The more I use this plugin, the better I realise it is One small suggestion.... after sending a message, the webpage gets stuck on "message.php" Needs and auto-forward back to "mail.php" Us users are too lazy to click on the back button..... too much human intervention required there, lol
ok nowww i get the "No Characters connected" error that is really gayyyyyy. IDK wtf happend it worked when I first got it.
Sorry, I don't have time to search through 18 pages of posts. So if this is a known bug, id suggest putting a solution onto the first page. I am recieving Prowl notifications, but I cannot log onto the website and get information. Do I need to use my HB login information for buddycenter login/pw or?
When you first set-up BuddyCenter, you will have created a username and password. That is the details required for the website HTH
For people who cannot connect to the website, or the site cannot connect to their characters. Delete buddycenter, go to settings in your HB folder, delete the Buddycenter settings. Unpack buddycenter back into your plugins folder. If using Notifo, get the secret password off the website, enter it along with user name. When prompted, type in a new UN/PW for the buddycenter site. Login, should work.
Any way that this also shows Guild Messages, or Battleground messages (maybe it should always show Guild messages, and BG messages when your name (or something close to your name?) is in it)? Except for that, very cool Stuff!
What I'd like to see implemented. Add a Type command. (such that you can press "O" and see your friends, or type /who and see people in your area). And of course the way you would see it is to do the command and then take a screenshot. then do the command again to close the window (if that was necessary). That would make it cool to be able to whisper your friends online easily. Also a little trick like this is to simply leave your friend window open when you leave the computer so that you can screenshot and see who's online at a given time.
