Made a quick search and can conluded it doesnt seem so. Havent made any profiles yet myself, so cant say anything about difficulty. But if your are just looking to make some gold then you should try C-198 dailies for both E and R in the profiles forum for Buddywing run pretty smooth for me (have to monitor a little bit, and sometimes restart).
the planet may not be meshed, before you create a complex quest profile try creating a few grind ones and see if the bot does anything, that will tell you if it is meshed. or maybe someone just knows offhand here
Nothing to grind on post-disaster ziost. Bot may kill raging monoliths with good gear and well geared comps but for sure can't kill devastators.
Ziost needs to be mapped and i need to find some time for creating a profile. Have to do that planet first (currently in construction in my own house, should be completed in a few weeks) You can go there and press dump location there while having extremely spammy on. Post that dump here and i will report it to aevitas.
I'd love to have the pre-disaster Ziost mapped as well, so BW can run the ziost quest for me. I'm not super well versed in all of this yet - I'm afraid I didn't understand what you needed. Just several locations on ziost? I'd be happy to do that Or even... is mapping a planet something only a developer can do, or is it something I could do for the benefit of all humanity? Willing to help out if I can. thanks for all your work on BW. It's greatly appreciated.
It's something we have to do server side. If you can give me the planet ID cryo asked for above I'll set it up this week.

Chill everyone. By the time you finish manually getting Legendary reputation, the planet will me meshed and mapped, with a profile out. So wait.
