We do not have a Duty Bot, so you have to manually complete the Halatali Duty in the Duty Finder, then run the profile again.

Also, you have a compiler error. You may want to remove Destiny from your Plugins folder and/or see if there's a version working with the current Beta:

 

Sorry but it is not the issue here I already done Halatali 10 min ago before this post.

 

I added a sleep timer between targeting the NPC and performing the emote. Please let me know if this fixes the emote issue.

As for the exception, I'm not sure what's going on there. I wonder if something broken with CodeChunks for something I have in there. Will look into it.

It appears some required quest checks were using incorrect information. Please update and try again.

Are you 100% certain? The only reason you wouldn't qualify for that quest is if you haven't done the normal dungeon yet.

Can you head to Revenant's Toll, find Bloezoeng and see if the quest icon is gold or red?

edit: after i get this quest manually your profile start working again.

Trying to do the Dreams of Ice quest line.... I'm on "Traitor in the Midst".

 

Are you following the folder (directory) structure found in my SVN? It's essentially telling you it cannot find the Quest Behaviors folder (directory) where it's expecting it. Follow the structure found here and it should work for you:
