      I tried searching around the forum, and it seems other users are on the bot. Is it actually currently not supported, or am I having an issue?

      Please make sure you are running the DX9 version of the game. If you are, please make sure you're using the latest Beta:

      I don't think there's an official release yet, most people are using the beta which has base functionality most everything but Gathering right now but no plugin support, I think. Since the expansion just dropped it'll probably be a bit before an official release is pushed out.
