      I'm trying to make a purchase on the Buddy Store and it won't accept my payment. I have tried three different methods. Thanks in advance.

      Thanks for the reply. I did e-mail support and my key is now marked as "fraudulent". I shared a 3-session key with my wife. I found out, today, that she requested a PayPal chargeback when she found out she could no longer bot in arena. I couldn't care less, since I don't play arena, but I want to be able to use my key.

      So, I keep trying to purchase a new key with various e-mail addresses and payments methods from two different locations and the payments keep getting denied. I let Joro in support know that I would pay with a debit card (so the purchase cannot be charged-back). I'm just waiting to hear back.

      Am I blacklisted from Honorbuddy forever or is there hope?

      Perhaps you can help me with this:

      The person in support that handled my request was rude, condescending, and very unhelpful. I worded my request almost exactly like what I put in this thread. The last reply I received was "Great, but no, thank you." That's it. That's not customer service. I'm trying to send money to Bossland and that's the response I get.

      Could you suggest an alternate route to take. Clearly, I'm getting nowhere with that particular rep. and I'd like to go higher up the food chain.

      Sounds familiar Buddy. I learn after the fact that key will be suspended if you go through paypal for a refund. Too bad they couldn't have made customers aware of this. Anyhow, hopefully they can fix this issue for the both of us, I have a back up plan if it isn't resolved in my favor though.

      I hope that can resolve it, too. I'm just trying to give them my money. It's a great product.

      you know theres no need to ever go to paypal just e-mail support and they're pretty much just handed out. when you go though paypal we get changed extra to deal with the charge back

      Again, my apologies. I'm happy to reimburse Bossland for the Paypal fees too. I just want to get back to botting.

      Right? I'll be 100% honest I didn't know about those fees and I wasn't aware of Bossland suspending the key if you did it through PayPal. Only reason I went through PayPal was because I asked support a couple weeks back if I'd ever be reimbursed for bgfarmer if HB dropped PvP as a whole and was told no. I know for the future I won't go through pay pal. And I'm with buddy, I am happy to pay those fees back as well, I just want to not again.

      well paypal or your bank, someone has to pay for chargebacks. as far as the issue though no one on the forums can help you, you need to e-mail support.
