So I had doomhammer, and it ended the turn without hitting enemy face when enemy didn't have taunts or anything.

 

Your log is incorrect.
Try to remove microsoft .NET, c++ 2010, c++ 2012
restart your pc,
download the BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
If the error will appear again, let me know please.

happened to me with hunter. missed chance to use my weapon to attack enemy. But maybe it does this on purpose to use weapon for only board control when losing board control.
