As I said, it stucks while checking the store and after some minutes it crashes. I've cleared the cache as I read in other posts, changed the DNS but can't solve the problem. Can you help me ?

I seem to be having the same problem. I clear all the cache files on WOW and HB but I am still hving the same problems.
Guys that happened on my new Windows 10. You should install both x86 and x64 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 Just as i did and reboot PC. It will take 5 mins. Just try it. Also i was running HB in capability mode (windows 7).
