make sure that you are trying to log with your shop info check your caps and dont use on pass symbols or non English letters you can reset your pass here Bossland GmbH
I really dunno what you mean by shop info, i have been away since cata came out. Before it was the same user name password as i used here on forums.. can you elaborate or hook me up with a link to work things out. The link up there resets my password, i dont need to reset it if i know it.. Sorry if i seem dumb but i am lost and really wanna use this
your forum info can be diff than your shop info so in order to log on bot you have to use your shop info
I never made shop info.. not that i know of, and when i ask it to send me an email to remind me of my info , incase at my old age i did make some, it doesn't send anything.. Only thing i remember is one username / PW i have used since i started using this program, i have it written down right here by my PC. Has something changed?
has something changed, i now owe more money, i just paid money to start this program 11/12/10. And hardly used it... Now i owe ?24.99.. thoguth it was a year long subscription.
Roger i got my shop account stuff. I also found i owe you money somehow.. and thats why i cannot use HB, yet i have emails saying This e-mail is to notify you that we have recieved your payment for invoice number 33673. The total amount of the invoice is 24.99. To date, you have paid 24.99. Plus i have the credit card statements.. Did the price go up? or did it not last a year? what happened?
somehow you made an extra invoice maybe? or the one and only is unpaid for some reason? how many invoices can you see on invoices section?
i can work HB fine. Maybe somehow i have 2 invoices but everything works and i show a paid invoice for what i am using. Thanks for your help.
ok,but if for some reason you want to clear the invoice you dont want just request it on payments section
