[PAID] Reflux - Holy Paladin

Hey all, first of all the CR looks great at first try, I am concerned that I run out of mana very quickly. I'm using the trial at the moment. I'm using the HFC (with trinket) settings that I downloaded in the CR gui. Could someone give me some tips on adjusting so I don't go OOM very quickly.

Only got a wonky player-cluster thing i need to resolve.. toss in SS build and link that to both pve and pvp and go over everything
one or 7 more times so i know it holds togheter

(First V2 to the store will officially support SS Build in Pvp first, and ill add the lesser builds after that (Or just link the pve version of SH and EF to the also pvp for now))

 

Toss me a log from a fight where you went oom quickly and ill see whats going on..

(personaly i have the problem of not knowing what to do with my mana atm so im switching out spirit gear to better caster gear)

But reason number one to going oom is the use of Holy Radiance. Dont use that or the Daybreak part if you are having mana issues.. it eats mana in aoe heavy situations :/

 

Ok brilliant thanks, I'm about to try Mannaroth without the Daybreak thing on so I will see if it is any better.

Looks good except times where its casting alot of Radiance. (Guess lots of aoe dmg)
Turn everything regarding aoe off and see what happens.. Let the raid healers do the aoe heals Any better if doing so?

 

Hey, so I tried Mannaroth with the AOE stuff turned off, and I was still OOM at like 72% boss health (the good news is I still topped the HPS at the end of the fight though) the CR copes really well when you run out of mana and I was still pretty damn effective bouncing from 3% to 0% mana for most of the fight

I'm at work at the moment so can't upload the Mannaroth log but to be honest it was probably because I'm in LFR and people just take so much damage the CR is too good at keeping idiots alive.

Great job mate, I will definitely purchase when my trial runs out. As long as the wife doesn't catch me of course

Probably alot of scrubs taking too much dmg in LFR.. But with 2/4pcs setbonus, Libram and Demonic Phylactery you wont have any mana issues..
Depending on your spec (guessing EF), make sure Infusion proc is set to H.Light, and turn the Flash of Light % down a bit and primarily use HL+HS+EF+HP and
only use FoL as a quick backup heal. I would perhaps focus mostly on Haste > Mastery in the beginning. (Illum will be removed in legion anyway )

I will continue paladin in Legion, and 3 more routines/combat classes. (One of them being a DH )

 

OK, thank you for the settings advice, can't wait to finish work and get home to try again. I don't have any set bonus yet or Demonic Phylactery so that may also be contributory to my mana issues.

I'm so glad to hear that you will continue in Legion. Are you planning on doing other PvE specs for Paladin, would love a replacement CR for Retribution that actually has great support (fed up of using TuanHa which appears to be spread too thin and not able to keep up with development).

Now all I need to do is find a raiding guild to dominate

 

I will most probably to Protection and Retri Pve/Pvp also.. but they will not be as complex as the Holy one..
A few boss logics to help with targeting and burn specific adds and stuff like that.. then just focus 110% on optimal rotations.
The plan right now is to get V2 Holy done as its such an huge improvment over V1 in terms of FPS / performance. And then iron out
potential bugs and continue with my "todo" list on the system.

Then im off to a Protection one.. just to have a good, solid and fast combat class that triggers stuff when needed and with optimal rotations.
Got no ETA on that one yet as Holy takes priority

 

I got a verry weird error, I was running dungeons as normal leveling up my new palla. When it suddely started to spam the hell out of Blessing of might. Everyone in the dungeon thought it was verry strage and started to question me so I instanly left it so they would'nt understand what it was.

I really don't now what caused this I'll post a log and see if it helps.

Edit: Okey I tested to run another dongeon and it worked like normal. After that I joined the same dungeon as before just to test and it started agian so this only happens in "Temple of the Jade Serpent" dungeon.

 

What would the other 2 be?

 

Just move to prevent HR casting or manually override, prevents burning mana efficiently. This is the most mana efficient Holy-Paladin CR I have ever encountered. Better than TuanHa was at its peak.

Very very strange.. at what point inside the dungeon is it behaving like this?

 

TBD Or one will be Monk i think (i got a lvl 100 alt already so im good to go)
And the last one i dont know/decided yet. I will cap myself @ 4 routines to be able to
give decent support (also i need time to maintain them, the day only got 24h and i prolly have to sleep at some point too )

Yes sir.. i will add support for Proving Grounds Its on my to-do after the V2 release.

 

It was from the start to end, but when I did it the 3rd time everything was normal?! So I really don't know what was going on there but yea..

A quick second thing I'm just wondering what setting to choose for dungeon's etc? Atm there are only like Heroic/Mythic HFC settings. But what about challange mode and Heroic dungeon's? Anyone got any good setting for that?

 

Weird! But the log you posted only contains Singular stuff

I dont have any good settings for that myself.. so i need to sit my a$$ down and do a few and upload them.. but V2 takes prio atm

I love the CR so far, it's convinced me to sacrifice FPS in game to come back to using HB routines over my last solution. Any idea when V2 will be out? I'm using an ASUS ROG laptop which is fairly new, but FPS is still an issue so I'm looking forward to the performance improvements.

 

I wanted to have it pushed live like days ago.. but circumstances made it impossible Im on track now.. rewriting a few functions that messed with the performance from within the coroutines (my code for it is pretty large and Hb didnt like that in combo with some heavy calculation methods and it drops the fps). But rest a assure.. im on top of it and writing 'til my fingers bleed

 

Try using HazzNyo instead of Enyo. It worked for me, FPS is not great, but better them before.
